About this restaurant

Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse will soon be opening its largest restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky. The astonishing former Coba restaurant is almost 12,000 sq ft and it will proudly be our new home, Opening date is set for October of 2018 as we prepare and train our staff under the guidance of our new General Manager Alvaro Guzman. Along with our traditional Brazilian Steakhouse Rodizio Concept on the Main Floor, the 100 seat second floor will be the new "Cowgirl's Bar" serving a Brazilian Steakhouse Tapas Menu and a innovative variety of mixed drinks that will also feature "Spiked Milk Shakes" and all the favorite sporting events. Carolina vs UK seems to be a fitting opening date but we have a lot of work ahead of us, so we will keep you posted!
