Crooked Oak Tavern is a restaurant specializing in farm to table food. When available we will be using hormone-free beef, pork and chicken, locally raised produce that will change as is available during the growing seasons, and sustainable fish from local waters ( no farm raised fish). Thank you for another amazing meal! It was our anniversary and they gave us chocolate cake with two glasses champagne & card. Classy! Filet and Scallops five star ⭐️

Ate there with friends and as usual the food was delicious and the server was super friendly. Love the warmth of the big wooden bar and barnlike decor. We arrived early and the bar was crowded so they let us sit at an open table while we had our drinks. Truly a customer-focused staff. Highly recommend it (we love the back bar room).

The service was excellent and the cocktails were very good but the food unfortunately was not. We ordered the $140 porterhouse, mashed potatoes and the roasted wild mushrooms. The mushrooms were the best part of the meal. It was very disappointing. I don’t really understand how a steakhouse could disappoint when it comes to a steak or how they would serve mashed potatoes that tasted and had the consistency that those did. It was sad and a total waste of money. I would never recommend the restaurant and I had high hopes that it would be a place friends and I could frequent.

Walked in on Halloween with a reservation. 4 females at the host desk and not one acknowledged me or the other two guests I came with. One of them almost knocked my daughter over walking outside. One finally said “hi”. That was all that was said. Server was nice and I have nothing ill to say of her. So, hosts, terrible. Ambiance, warehouse. Food, overpriced. No second visit for us.

One of our favorite places. Speak Easy type bar area, food is really good. Not cheap, but not crazy expensive. Great bourbon selection, cocktails are very good. Happy hour deals are very good

The Crooked Oak may be my favorite restaurant on the Grand Stand. Wonderful food and a great ambiance. We usually go there on nights that we are in Conway for another event (usually a play). During our last visit we got the fried flounder and the fried shrimp appetizer and salads. They were all exceptional.

We had a wonderful experience at Cooked Oak Tavern in Conway, SC. We were visiting for the day for the City of Halloween. The atmosphere was welcoming and our overall experience was excellent. We were a party of seven including two children under the age of four. I did make reservations prior to coming. The Mac and Cheese appetizer, French Onion Soup, Crap Cake dinner, 6oz Filet, and Barbecue Chicken were absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend!!!!

We ate at Crooked Oak Tavern last night and have to say - the steak was absolutely phenomenal. Melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly seasoned, truly one of the best steaks we've had. You can tell it's real farm-to-table quality. Our server and all the staff were excellent as well - knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive from start to finish. Service was top notch. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the atmosphere vs. price point. Our dinner with tip was $190, and we ordered the scallop appetizer for $24 and received 2 scallops. The quality of the food definitely matches the price - it was delicious - but the space itself is one big open hall with a lot of tables out in the open. I understand the vibe they're going for with the name Crooked Oak TAVERN, but for that price we expected a little more privacy and elegance. Overall we would absolutely go back for the quality of the food and service. Just go for the cuisine, not for a private, intimate setting.
