    The raw bar food was exceptional, loved the PEI and New Brunswick oysters, the caviar was very good grade of Highland and Menlo Osetra, and excellent Big Eye crudo and Hamachi Crudo. The cocktails designed by the manager were incredible, a great mixologist as well as a very well stocked bourbon bar.

    We had a great dinner. Service was excellent and everything we ordered was delicious. We had the sushi nachos- so good- and sushi rolls and edamame. Loved all of it. Will be back.

    I think the sushi and other seafood dishes are excellent; however, the dishes featuring meat are a bit disconnected from the rest of the menu and not quite as good. The bao buns are fluffy and the sauce is tasty, but, the pork belly is fatty. The wild boar bolognese is offbeat from the other dishes as well. Not sure the motivation with offering these options. Service is excellent and I love the cozy atmosphere. The bar is a fun place to sit and enjoy a cocktail and oysters. Very nice addition to the regular tourist places in Bluffton.

    We had a nice evening at the bar at Crudo It was busy and it took a few minutes to get seated and greeted Our server/bartender was exceptionally busy and did a very good job juggling all his duties The food was solid- well executed.

    We have not been to Crudo in a while. our last meal was so so probably eight months ago. We went with friends two weeks ago. And everything was wonderful new menu. Their old bartender was back. The place just felt great. We went last night and again had a superb meal. The tuna nachos are the best i've ever had anywhere, and i've had them in a lot of places in a few states. The tuna tartare also ranks at the top. I had a wonderful french chardonnay for a cocktail. The place was packed the energy was terrific and I can't wait to go back!

    All the fish was incredibly fresh and delicious. The burrata was excellent. We ended with the mushroom pasta dish which was great. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Don’t forget to get one of their cocktail!
