About this restaurant

  • Romantic
  • Innovative
  • Good for special occasions
"Cuoco" is the Italian word for "cook," and the inspiration for showing off our chefs in an open kitchen. Watch Stan, our pasta man, hand making pasta every day. In addition to the featured fresh pastas, there are savory vegetables and other hearty entrees, created by our chef Ron Anderson. Semi private and private dining options are available to accommodate 12-24 guests.

The agnolotti special was outstanding and the lasagna remains a great meal. Add good service and friendly competent team and you have a great dinner.

Wonderful staff! Arrived for dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and there was a card signed by the whole team & a gift of fresh pasta on the table to greet us. Delicious happy hour wine and cocktails, and our favorite eats were the burrata appetizer, gluten free rigatoni, and chocolate budino. Thanks for a wonderful evening, Cuoco!

We enjoyed our dinners in Cuoco's comfortable setting, although the ragu was a bit overdone. On the other-hand, here was a brief but judicious selection of wines, and the service was attentive.

The service was amazing. It was my wife and I's anniversary and we received lots of free food and extra services, the best and most special thing was a hand written letter from the entire staff saying happy anniversary. Our food was not great though. For $23 a plate, I expected a lot more. We both agreed we could have made better pasta dishes at home lol

We had a good table but the restaurant and couple next to us was pretty loud! Enjoyed the food but not a huge menu. Good, not great.
