Darios always makes your dining experience wonderful. We walk in and the waiter always recognizes us and greats us as if we are family. The food is amazing, my daughter had the akaushi rib-eye special, her friend had the lamb shank, I had the chilean sea bass (shared with my husband) which came with crabmeat on top. Everything was delicious. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday; they brought out a plate with piece of chocolate cake and a candle and Happy Birthday written on the plate with her name – so special. They truly go the extra mile. If you haven’t been here, it is a restaurant you need to put on your list.

Dario's is the nicest high-end restaurant I have experienced in Cypress. It is great for a date or for a gathering with friends. (I have also used it for business once or twice.) It is small-ish, which is nice. The lighting is subdued - almost dark, but not quite. Plenty of booths and several tables that are a bit more private. The servers are very good - knowledgeable, fast, responsive, friendly but not intrusive. The food is very good, and they have a great wine list. It has a bar and bar seating. I don't know the owner, I don't have a favorite waiter, but I do eat there three or four times a year - I always get "David's Chicken," which is delicious. I recommend Dario's without reservation.

Another wonderful date night at Dario's. Everyone is friendly and the food was delicious. We had the Oyster Rockefeller and Lobster and Filet Special. I would order all again. We look forward to our next visit to Dario's.

I've posted many times about Dario's being Northwest Houston/Cypress best restaurant and it still is. Their steaks are excellent (especially the Dario's fillet). The seafood dishes are superb. Our server Ashley was first class.

Too crowded, with folks sitting too close together. As a result, wait staff was stretched thin. Some foods were excellent; the wagyu steak I ordered medium was a little overdone and chewy. Waiter didn’t even have a chance to ask if food was prepared to specs. Ambience was great as always!

The tenderloin tips are very good but leave off the spicy sauce! Salad was perfect and my birthday surprise cheesecake yummy. Thank you!!

Food and service was excellent! Had to send a drink back, and second one came back with same issue. My step son decided to keep it, but didn't finish it. There was a loud table that was getting alittle out of hand, but they were overall harmless. A couple of customers were going to the bathroom not wearing masks. That was a bit uncomfortable being the table closest to the restroom.

Overall very good. This was our second visit to Dario's. Steaks were on point as were the sides. Wait staff was prompt and friendly. Was a little disappointed that I booked this for our anniversary, mentioned it on the reservation, and no one acknowledged it, but there's bigger issues in the world than that. Will definitely go again.

Excellent steak and lobster dinner, appropriately strong martinis, and beautiful dining atmosphere.

Avoid this place. Things were ok until my husband received his prime rib scorched. I was truly appalled that the restaurant would allow that plate to be brought out like that. Once we complained, the staff tried to argue with my husband about what was wrong with the prime rib. So my husband then asked for the crab pasta and they were like well just let us fix the prime rib. How do you fix something burnt? It is not like it was undercooked. I believe a manager (a man) finally came over and asked what could be done but at that point my husband was so upset that he said nothing. The restaurant did the right thing in that in did not charge us for a prime rib that could not be eaten but then to charge us for the baked potato a la carte that my husband did not eat as well as absurd. Once Ashley realized my husband's order was wrong and I guess figured her tip would be affected, she never stopped back by. We had to ask random people for more steak butter for my daughter and drink refills. We waited twenty minutes after eating just to get our check. This establishment really needs to work on customer service skills. For the price, I much rather go to Taste of Texas or Flemings and get exceptional service and wonderful food. I was truly disappointed to spend Christmas dinner with my family at this place when we were all really looking forward to it.

My wife, Daughter and I have eaten at Dario's many times. We always enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of food you serve. Our last two visits Thanksgiving & Christmas, everything was the same except for the overall taste of the food. The service is always great, the price has gone up slightly, but something has change in the taste or preparation of the food in general, maybe a new cook?

Great place for a very nice dinner without having to go all the way into town. We had a special dinner for 6 on a Monday night in December 2020. I was blown away by how many people where there. Not crowded or unsafe, but clearly supported by the locals.

No need to drive all the way into Houston for a nice dinner.

I've reviewed Dario's several times as the best restaurant in Cypress, and Thanksgiving didn't disappoint. The turkey melted in your mouth and the sides were excellent ( dressing, sweet potatoes, green beans). Kudos to David, Art, and the staff for making it a special thanksgiving !

Food was amazing. The manager on duty kept having to help out the waitress that was taking care of my Wife and I. There were only 4 tables to cover in this section but seemed like she was struggling. Could have been a new employee so I did not mind. However, I specifically asked for a desert that said Happy Anniversary on the plate and never received it. I even ordered a cheesecake but still nothing. The table next to us got a desert that said congratulations. So a little irritated about that. Both the waitress and Manager were really nice, personality wise. I will come back because I think it was a fluke. However it should not take 15-20 minutes after I receive my drink to put in an order for an appetizer. The place wasn't even busy. Overall I would give 3 stars.
