   Our waiter Donny was fantastic and VERY patient. Made eye contact and was pretty knowledgeable in the menu. I will be dining here again and again. I love GREAT food and the prices were reasonable.

   The service was excellent. The food was great. However, for such a beautiful place they played soft 70’s rock music throughout our 3 hour stay. They have a dress code for good reason. It’s fine dining in a beautiful historic building. Yet, Listening to Jimmy Buffet, Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan. Styx took away from what could be an excellent experience. Our service agreed it would be nice to have a live piano or jazz type music. No gym attire is one of the dress codes and we listened to a play list that included “wasted away in margaritaville”. A time and place for this kind of music. This place was definitely was not it.

   We arrived at the time of our reservation and waited for the rest of our party at the bar. Thankfully they were gracious enough to let us run behind and we enjoyed some wonderful cocktails, the VIP was freshly made and the mule was great. We were escorted to our table by a wonderful hostess and greeted by our server Joey who was friendly, cool and experienced. He gave us spot-on recommendations about the food and served us beautifully. We enjoyed share plates, the oysters which were seasoned well, the cheesesteak dumplings and the fresh shrimp. The wagyu meatballs were decent but too heavy for me. Everything else was devoured. For our entrees, we had the tomahawks and our sides were the lobster Mac n’ cheese, creamed corn, asparagus, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked beautifully! The sides were phenomenal. We had one of each dessert, the cheesecake, bread pudding, butter cake and chocolate mousse. The desserts were great. Small improvements, the chocolate mousse which could’ve been better. We also never received bread. The bathrooms were really far away but thankfully we were close to the elevator. Overall amazing and we would absolutely return again!!!!

   This was our first time at Del Frisco-Philadelphia. We made reservations and decided to seat at the bar. Our fabulous bartender Joe was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the history of the building and a master mixologist! Bar was full and he took care of our drinks and meals effortlessly. Great asset to the restaurant. The food was amazing and the atmosphere very energetic without being too loud. Great new spot

    I don’t know what happened to this steak house. The hostess chewed gum and forgot about us while waiting at the bar. Had to remind her 3 times we were waiting - and were seated 30 minutes later than our reservation. (It was 5:45 not busy). Our waiter was great. The wine steward rude. Huffed away when we asked for an ice bucket. Food was great - but their staff has deteriorated.

    Del friscos is Fancy McDonald’s. They have changed & changed for the worst I’ve been eating here for years use to love it now it saddens me that I hate it now. I took my mom for Mother’s Day although I came here to celebrate my birthday spent well over $1300 and the food was disgusting I said I’m going to give them another chance because my mom loves it. Well yesterday was our last straw with DF the service was poor the food taste poor. Asked for steak well done well it came out pink my mom crab cake was freezing cold oh did I mention we waited 2 HOURS for food the drinks was nasty and they had the nerve to charge me for 6 drinks like how?? We both only had one & barely wanted that. The manger was nice but that still didn’t make up for our experience and the horrible food DF do better or just close down.

    This was our first visit for Mother’s Day. The food was great! The hostess was nice. However, the service was not good. We saw every other table receive table bread upon being seated; we did not and had to inquire about it. Not once were we asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. The main occurrence was one of the waiters spilled the entire side dish (hot creamed corn) on my mother’s arm. Apologies were said, the manager came out with a new side dish. Meanwhile, my mother’s arm is burned. Given there was a spill, some utensils fell on the floor and all table napkins were used. You would think additional napkins were provided? No. Neither was it asked if we needed additional utensils to eat our food, which is essential to eating a meal, unless they wanted us to eat with our hands. Customer service is very important! A follow up inquiry of how your customer is doing would have been nice. Compensation for at least the side dish should have been provided, if not just offered. However, none of that was done. So unfortunately, this restaurant has lost a few good customers.

    Great experience! I had previously visited for a Restaurant Week experience and was not impressed however, this time made up for it with a extra credit. The food and service were great. Definitely lives up to the reputation. A must go!

    Del Frisco’s is absolutely the best dining experience ever! First time dining and will not be the last! Service was outstanding, Damon was friendly and very knowledgeable! Tomahawk was delicious and drinks outstanding!!!

    The food was really good but had a really bad experience. The service was horrific from the moment we sat down to the moment we left. Sat at our table (table of five) and our waitress only took two of our drink orders and then left. Had to ask her if the other three could place drinks order. After we ordered only two came out (one of which was wrong and had to be sent back) and had to ask her where the other one was. She apologized and and went to see where it was. She kept on telling us our bread was coming for the table but after every other table around us received their bread (even though they sat down at least 20 minutes after us) we had to ask again for the bread. Steaks came out which one was so under done that it had to be sent back. Every time we needed something we had to ask. Then was informed at the end of the night that gratuity was included for parties of 5 or more and was listed at 20%. The service certainly wasn’t worth the additional $200 we had to pay which was already an expensive check. Will certainly not be back as there are better steak houses around with far superior service. Unfortunately a disappointing end to a graduation party.

    This was the first time I was back to del friscos since before the pandemic started. While the ambience and service was fantastic, the food was awful. The bread had a frost bitten freezer taste to it. The filet had a brown interior tint to it even though it was cooked medium plus, it looked as if it was sitting in the refrigerator for a few days prior to cooking. The Brussel sprout stems weren’t fully cut off so it was very hard to eat them. The only few good things were the lobster Mac and cheese, drinks and cheesecake. But when you go to a steakhouse like this one, you expect the filet and other meat choices to be top notch. It was the furthest from being top notch, and not worth the price.

    Our waiter pushed us and we all felt he was only interested in turning the table. Never even came back when we asked about dessert. Just brought the bill. Very expensive and it should have great service. Very disappointing We will not be back. Went to Capital Grille the next night and the service was outstanding

    I had a great time. The service was excellent. I had the Prime rib trio which was perfect and my guest had the Chilean sea bass. We shared an asparagus side. The service good and drinks were excellent. I’ll be back

    We went to Del Frisco’s to celebrate two birthdays. Having been here once before, we were definitely looking forward to visiting again. To our surprise, this visit was a bit of a disappointment. Our server seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us. He was quick at our table, didn’t seem like he wanted to engage in conversation, and seemed rushed to get us out. We noticed that other servers were spending time with their tables and offering suggestions, and we unfortunately did not get that service. Additionally, the chicken was pretty dry and the server didn’t really seem to care when we expressed that. We’re paying good money to dine here, and we expect to have good service and good food. Not sure if I’d return here anytime soon.

    My table of 6 was sat at 8:30pm, we put our entrees in at 9:00pm and it was not until 10:30pm ish that our steaks were delivered to the table. Our server forgot 2 appetizers and 2 drinks throughout the evening. Overall, the food was exceptional but the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced in a very long time especially at a restaurant like Del Friscos.

    Must have been an off night. There to celebrate durning a night out and they got my order wrong. Had to wait for a rework and then scarf it down becuase we were short on time. Oh and the upstairs bathroom was out of order so had to trek downstairs to use it.

    My wife and I celebrated our 17th anniversary here. Have been a few times before and they never fail to meet our expectations. From the seating host, to the server(who was fantastic from start to finish), to the chefs, everything was excellent.

    As we entered the restaurant we were greeted nicely by the hostess. The ambiance of the restaurant is very warm, romantic, and overall beautiful. The food is good and the service there is very good. Our waiter David was such a pleasure and help while serving us. We will definitely be coming back. I prefer to come to Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse rather than Del Frisco’s Grille.

    The service was, by far, the BEST we’ve EVER had! Ben was just spectacular and made the experience even better than it already was! My son had the Wagyu stark and couldn’t even say anything other than, “OUT OF THIS WORLD!” The food was delicious! Don’t hesitate to go!
