    We were very impressed. The menu gave us a good variety and the server was most helpful explaining everything to us. We originally selected this restaurant after seeing it on Diners, Drive-in’s and Dives. What we didn’t expect was for it to be more than that. It was the best Chicken Marsala I had ever had (including my wife’s) and her skirt steak was the best steak she had had in years. Not only was the server fantastic, but the young man who cleared our dishes was the most considerate and respectful 17 year old I had ever met. This is a definite must do whenever we are in the area. We can’t wait to try more on the menu.

    We have a place on Jekyll Island and visit from out of state 6-8 times a year, Del Sur is not only our favorite it’s the only restaurant we visit every trip. The food is amazing and a special shout out to the grill master. Service is friendly and flawless.

    Nicolas was a great waiter and the food was terrific as always. There were 5 in our party and everyone enjoyed their choices. We started with the always great Provoleta, then on to salads and everyone chose a different entree. Del Sur was chosen as my brother was in town from Seattle and asked to go back to Del Sur and remembered the name Del Sur!

    Great experience it only 1 issue. They serve many types of steaks but their steak knives are a piece of crap. My strip steak had too much gristle in my opinion and the steak knives had a difficult time cutting around it. Lost some good meat. Flavor was very good though. Apparently I was not the first to mention this issue. The owner should really take note.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience at Del Sur - from the great service to the delicious, reasonably priced entrees and tasty wine - we highly recommend coming here! Our server Jackson was great - perfect combination of friendly and attentive; he kindly split our salad and soup for us and gave us good recommendations for red wine which we enjoyed. The bolognese and the grilled mahi entrees were fantastic. We can't wait to come back!

    The service was very good. The menu is limited. We had the linguine and a New York steak. The steak was ordered medium, arrived extremely rare. Uncooked in areas in fact. It was corrected but returned well done. It was small too. It got eaten as I was starving.by this point. Not a lot of sides and I don’t recall any salads. It was an okay food but over priced for what you get. Overall, with all the choices on SSI, I probably will not come back
