✨ Descanso (@descansorestaurant) brings a unique Mexican dining experience to Los Angeles with its Plancha dining, where chefs prepare a multi-course meal right at the table. Their cuisine is inspired by the flavors and traditions of Michoacán, making the experience about more than just the food. We enjoyed the interactive cooking, from the fire show to the Mexican fried rice prepared right on the plancha. The chef also shared the ingredients and cultural stories behind the dishes while beautifully plating each course. 🔥 For the entrées, we had the ribeye and sea bass, and everything was beautifully presented.
