Wait persons know their work well and we appreciate their services a lot. The front stewardess did get impatient with a junior person when there was a crowd when we were there.

The food & service at Dish Dash are exceptional. Food is very fresh and flavors well blended. It's expensive but worth it. Service is the best - they anticipate needs before asked. Atmosphere depends on where you sit; outside is lovely, inside can feel dark and cramped and loud. But they have to try to fit all the people who want to eat there. This is a place I can always count on, we will be back.

We had a wonderful time with another couple last night. Our waiter was very attentive but not overly so. He remembered my wife from her recent visit. The food was the best I remember having there in a long time. We started with a bottle of Oregon Pinot Noir and an eggplant appetizer. I loved my lamb dish for the entree. And greatly enjoyed the pastry chef’s take in the semolina cake!
