Our passion for craft cocktails and distilled spirits is a one of a kind experience. Tucked away on the De Portola Wine Trail, mixology meets expertise with an interactive approach and emphasis on palate discovery. We offer spirit flights, exclusive craft cocktails, and mocktails. Come visit our our 1920's speakeasy-themed, distillery-owned cocktail bar, located alongside Oak Mountain Winery!

We distill a Single Malt Whiskey, Bourbon, Rum, Agave, Vodka and Gin with new additions to come.

Was recommended by a friend and the distillery/Speakeasy didn’t disappoint. Nice cocktails. Limited food options, but they were great to pair with the drinks.

Excellent experience. Ambiance was quaint. The cucumber martini was delicious! Food was delicious but a bit over priced. Bruschetta was a large portion with only 4 pcs of crostini and there is an additional cost for more bread. Overall lovely place to gather with friends.

Very loud crowd. There was so hostess even though we “reserved” seats at the bar. Bar staff was very unfriendly upon sitting but warmed up slowly over time. App was good, drinks were good.

Very cool spot, has a secret hidden vibe. The views outside are incredible. The food and drinks were good, but pricey. The Bartender was also the server and so service was pretty slow. I would return again overall a great place

We had a good time overall and the vibe is good when you walk in but went when it was still light out so every time the door is opened there is this flood of light that kind of kills the mood. They should have a double door system that shields the bar.

Fun off the beaten path location within the Temecula winery area. The service was excellent, and the master distiller Cooper was very engaging with our group.

My group of six had a nice time at Distillery. The food was nicely prepared and of good quality. Our only complaint was that the drinks were very expensive. It was a fun experience but would not return a second tiume.
