They were overwhelmed and short-staffed. The staff did their best but service was excruciatingly slow and required multiple reminders and corrections. Food quality was mediocre. Food arrived cold.

Danielle was sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful meal. The cowboy sliders were delicious. We ordered a second round. Their complimentary bread was hot and soft and the butter taste homemade. Overall, a wonderful experience for our first time!!!

I booked an Easter brunch that was scheduled from 12pm to 5 pm. My reservation was for 4 pm. I was never notified that the brunch was canceled. I showed up with my mother, whom I typically cook for on Easter. I opted to attend your brunch as it had menu options that we both would enjoy for a reasonable price. However, when we arrived, we were told the brunch was canceled. Individuals who booked the brunch menu should have been notified before arrival that it was canceled. This was very disappointing on Easter for someone who normally cooks, but was looking forward to a wonderful meal at your establishment.

This was my first time going to district prime, I was there celebrating my birthday with my love. The food was excellent, lambchops 10/10, drinks 10/10 but the mussels were not my favorite. I will be returning.

This was my second time coming and this time I brought friends from out of town. The food AGAIN was served COLD. The flavor was good but our food was cold. When I sent the COLD broccolini back, they gave me another serving and it was full of butter and COLD again. My friend’s steak was cold. Oh and they said they were out of steak sauce at 5:00 pm. The wings were overly salty. The previous time I visited with my husband, they served me COLD Mac and cheese. When I placed the order I had to tell my waitress to make sure our food was hot. You should not have to go to a restaurant and request hot food. That should be the standard! The first time the manager came to our table and apologized and that’s it. This time no apology and we will NOT be returning. You don’t get to charge people this type of money for cold food and no consideration or acknowledgement of the problem and not adjust the bill in someway. The restaurant is beautiful. But drinks were served incorrectly (twice) and steak had no flavor. Enjoyed the side dishes but main entree protein had no flavor. Lack of coordination on service - with a long wait to receive. Everyone was very nice and I really don’t think they realized anything was wrong with what was happening at our table of 4. Other than a few customers at the bar, there were only 3 tables being served on this evening.
