Do Not Disturb is a reflection of the eclectic and vibrant Queen St West neighbourhood located inside of the Beverley Hotel. Created by Executive Chef Vittorio Colacitti, the menu is a mix of dishes inspired by Toronto and its many cultures and cuisines. Perfect for shared plates, with a mix of vegetarian options- the menu is great for all groups both large and small. Popular dishes include the famous DND burger, Bo Ssam platter with Kalbi marinated sirloin, Seam Bream Ceviche, Roasted Squash, Crispy Korean Broccoli, and much more.

The bar features a renowned cocktail program paying homage to the Savoy Hotel and Do Not Disturb's own house and classic cocktails. All cocktails use fresh and seasonal ingredients made in house. The menu features classics including the DND Manhattan, seasonal cocktails- Pickled Roots and Mulled Wine, and modern takes on the celebrated Savoy Hotel cocktail program including the Egg Sour and Savoy Hotel Rickey.
