   Earls is always a fav spot… this particular visit was above and beyond with Sizzling Sheena as hostess, Amazing Amanda as our server and Jammin’ Manager Josh. I needed a “therapy day” with my bestie and your incredible staff provided great food, lots of smiles, and encouragement!! We will be back!!

   Callum service was amazing. He was very attentive and polite. The food was incredible as well. Wednesday they have a steak special and it’s a very good price. We celebrated a birthday and Callum brought a cake with candle on the house. Overall experience: outstanding

   Great food like always but I guess the ac was not working properly. It was hot in there yesterday compared to previous visits. Bathroom were dirty this time around. Food is always overpriced but we know that already going in. People working there are always gear with their service.

   Our server was very sweet but the quality of the food was horrendous!!! My friend was visiting from London and had especially requested we go to earls because he had loved it so much when he was here last (just before the pandemic). We wanted to do a sampling of the menu so we ordered quite a bit. The quality of the food was shockingly terrible. The sushi was falling apart, the bowl the truffle fries were served in was covered in grease, the tacos were completely stale, the burger was over cooked and topped with bacon even though it doesn’t come with bacon. Prior to ordering, We had specifically asked if there was bacon on the burger as we are both kosher. The server assured us the burger doesn’t even come with bacon yet when it arrived it absolutely had bacon on it. I asked if he could please have the kitchen remake it for us and when he took it back, the chef only partially removed the bacon from the existing burger and sent it back! It arrived at our table for the second time with a slice of bacon still in it! We asked the server what was going on and he apologized profusely and told us that the chef refused to make a new burger and insisted that he take this burger back to us and ‘see what happens’! I have never ever heard of such disregard for anyones religious beliefs by anyone in the service industry, EVER. We felt terrible for the server because obviously it had put him in an awkward position. A manager did come over at the end of our meal and apologized for the mistake. Obviously it was neither of their fault but the entire evening was an absolute mess. Earls used to be a great restaurant with slow service but good food. Now the service has gotten better the quality of food is shockingly horrible! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone or visit again 😕

   The food and service was great. To me the restaurant was a bit confusing. One one hand it was trying to be 4-5 star, but the ambiance was 2-3. We were seated on essentially on a wood bench and given paper napkins.if I were to go back maybe further back in the restaurant had better seating.

    Ambience and service is always great, sad I can say the same for the food. It’s always hit or miss and this time was a miss. The waffles were definitely Eggo or Frozen Waffles heated up, I’m so disappointed not sure when I’ll be back or refer anyone.

    I dined with a friend that has never been and she loved it! The flavor of everything was amazing and on top of that, Callum was a phenomenal server. He was very attentive and knowledgeable of items on the menu. If you’re ever in the area, this is a must-do!

    I’ve been to Earl’s since they first opened, and unfortunately have seen a decline with each visit. This time around, I brought my best friend from out of town. By the end of dinner, I felt embarrassed I didn’t opt to take her somewhere else. We ordered calamari, which came with more pieces of pickled onion, green beans, radishes and cauliflower than it had calamari. It was also overly greasy. We ordered spinach and artichoke dip. The dip was lukewarm and the chips were cold and stale. We asked for a replacement of the chips and they were still stale. At the price points they have, everything should be exceptional, and it wasn’t. Our server took 20-30 minutes to check on us, and an additional 35 minutes to bring us our checks after we asked. It was a rough experience to say the least. I won’t be back for a long while.

    WOW!! What a great experience. We ran up here from Fort Lauderdale for a long, July 4th, getaway. We booked Earls based on the fact that it was close to where we planned to shop at Mall at Millenia. Great brunch and even better service. Anna was amazing and made a simple brunch on a Sunday morning into a great experience that would prompt us to absolutely return for dinner when we are back in town. Thanks for the great service and great food. You guys are definitely doing something right!! Anna does an amazing job of representing your company and your brand.

    Food good as always. Service was slow. I sent my wife and friends. She was presented an electronic bill and not told 18% was added and then added 20%. Not good. Not ethical. Poor. That never happened to me and I’ve eaten there 50x. Really unhappy. A $100 tip on a $250 bill? That’s disgraceful. I’d fire the server. Very poor. Very.

    I never leave a review but I felt like I had to with this one. The restaurant was dirty. Food and grime was on the floor. When you walked around you feet stuck to the floor. We walked out and ate somewhere else. If the dining area was that dirty I couldn’t imagine what the kitchen is like.

    The hostess didn’t sit us for like 20 past our reservation, and kinda gave us like a rinky dink last minute thrown together table, where water was dropping on us from the ceiling. If I’m paying that much for food it’s kinda like everything should be perfect

    We love coming to Earl’s! Service was a little slow today, but is expected anytime we come for brunch. Food and drinks were excellent as always. The crispy shrimp roll was incredible!

    Poor experience Cold soups Old appetizers from the day before Manager was upset we returned the soups because they were cold, microwaved them for a minute and returned them right back Too expensive for a mediocre dinner

    The best thing about this place was bottomless mimosas. My friends and i went for Sunday brunch and the food wasn’t good at all. Service was extremely slow and having a reservation means nothing here. We sat outside and the server took forever to bring any and everything. I promise it was almost 25 minutes before we even got water. My fries were burnt and my steak was over cooked and greasy. My friend’s burger was also very greasy and it took the server almost 15 minutes to bring her ketchup. Definitely won’t be returning for this high priced subpar meal.

    We were looking forward to dinner. Table is great. Drinks are good. Then disaster struck. No Sushi. No problem. Then no tacos with Tuna. Then half of the menu is not Available.Table next to us is complaining as their orders needed to be adjusted as they have no rice. How can you run out of rice. I blame top Management. Place seems to me poorly managed. Overall so-so experience and prepare yourself to be disappointed.

    Went to dinner at Earl’s for the Buffalo Cauliflower only to find out they ran out of the item. Seems such a popular menu item would keep more focused on keeping in stock. They were making more however was not ready by the time we left.

    A party of 5 had a very bad experience. 6:30p reservation was seated entrée came 2 hours later...selections were not prepared correctly.....seating area was a disaster....new seating needed. Server got the order correct but the kitchen didn't prepare entrée as requested. Manager took care of the entire bill and gave us Guft Cards to come back.

    It was the Mother’s Day dinner. To start off, the front desk area of the restaurant had a strong unpleasant odor. Bathrooms are right behind there. Though those rooms themselves didn’t smell bad. Server was charming but the service was quite slow. Food was fairly average - nothing to complaint but it didn’t blow us away either. One thing which intrigued us was the truffle fries. It’s a popular snack everywhere nowadays. Earl’s was the faintest truffle-smelling fries. Though I won’t go out of my way to avoid the place, it wont be my first or second or even third choice to enjoy a meal either, specially in the Millenia mall area.

    This was my second time there and the first time was way better. The bottomless mimosa is charged at $20 per person and I was not aware of that. I ended up paying $80 for 4 people and that was just one bottle and 3 tiny containers of juice. That was disappointing and I wish I had known before hand that they charge per person to participate in bottomless mimosa.

    Service was horrible. Didn’t get water until 40 minutes after sitting. Drinks came 1 hour after we placed an order. Repeatedly asked for help but were told of issues with seating too many people. Restaurant should manage their guest flow better to prevent such issues. Ended up leaving with no food after 75 minutes as our food order was yet to be placed. Manager had excuse after excuse. An apology goes a long way.

    Our server did an outstanding job even though they had her working inside & outside tables. My 2 gripes are they do NOT carry any sweet wines. Also they ran out of any kind of sushi. This was my first time trying earl’s kitchen. I’ll give it a 3 overall bc you shouldn’t run out of food on a money making Saturday when it’s early.
