   This was a wonderful Mother's Day experience. My daughter and I had not seen each other for many months due to covid restrictions. We were so looking forward to this lunch and we were not disappointed. The set menu was packed with options. So many options that it took us quite a while to select our meals. It was delightful to have the opportunity to pay the bill in advance. The room was warm and the decor was calm and inviting. The views were spectacular. The facilities were charming. The food was cooked to our requirements (so a special thanks to the Chef). The staff were so friendly and attentive. We felt like royalty. A totally divine experience. Thank-you.

   We had a wonderful late lunch and were lucky enough to get a table next to the window. The view was amazing! The service was excellent the food was lovely. I would definitely recommend a visit.

   Mother here from the UK Unfortunately the food was not as impressive as it was on our last stay 2 years ago. Ambience lack lustre as no piano playing. We were not aware this would be the case so it just wasn’t the same experience for us

    Food was good, as expected at the price, service was efficient but a little impersonal and lacked attention to detail for a meal at that level of dining ie offering the wine list for the next course or asking how the meal was etc. The ambience is a bit corporate and hotel with "lift"music playing the whole time. However the thing that shocked us most was the condition of the toilets. If you are paying over $400 for a meal you except clean facilities. The toilets - those at hotel reception, as there are none just for the restaurant - had overflowing rubbish bins and towels and other rubbish left on the floor. When I let someone at the reception desk know there was no apology, the staff member just ignored me while he made a phone call, and the waitress we also told just stared at us. Won't go back.

    Staff were lovely, could have been a bit more diligent on table water etc. Most of my food was great, buy my steak was slightly over done. The place is really nice. I'll definitely come back

    Everything here was perfect, the food is a masterpiece, i recommend the char-grilled angus, even my gf can eat the meat eventhough she can't eat beef usually. And also the view is very nice. Thank you for the experience.

    The room was absolutely beautiful and we really appreciated being seated near the window when our request was made short notice. The manager and staff were incredibly attentive and very pleasant. The food was delicious and artistically presented. Impeccable service and very enjoyable experience all round. Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant to others.

    Food was average. Good but nothing amazing. Trout was nice, cook nicely and moist. Kids menu is over priced but was happy with the meal. Atmosphere and property made the whole experience lovely and memorable. Staff professional, polite and friendly.

    The staff were excellent and the setting is great although the rack of lamb as main dish is an absolute joke. My wife and I were very disappointed in the lamb it is terrible value for money it is tiny. If the lamb was served as an entree for around $20 it would be reasonable value but to put this up as a main is insulting to your customers. My wife had the steak which was excellent and we really loved the venue but seriously have a word with your chef the lamb dish is overpriced and underwhelming it’s insulting for what you are charging your customers and more importantly your customers are leaving hungry not a good look for any restaurant, I would be amazed if you haven’t been told this previously. In relation to your below question if I would recommend I would say no for the reasons above

    Salmon starter fantastic. Lamb main very underwhelming. Not as described and very overpriced. Should have sent it back but I know the industry is struggling. Music a little too loud spoiled the ambience. We asked for table by the window to watch sunset but wasn’t allowed. That table beside the view sat empty until it was dark when those people arrived. What a shame and a waste.

    excellent night, great service only downsize was we sent $300+ on a bottle of wine and expected it to be decanted, the staff need some tips on pouring wine of this quality, you do not pour half the bottle into a glass in one go ? also found the shiraz wine list a bit limited, listing had average wines and 1 very good wine which we ordered. but overall food was amazing and will come back again.

    I had wanted to cancel and let them know 30 hours in advance. I was told I would forfeit my deposit so we went despite it being difficult. Overall I was pleased we did. Food was very good. Service was perfunctory . Quick and efficient but lacking any warmth. Background music was a little too loud. Wine list was adequate.

    Beautiful meal that was exceptionally well presented. We had 2 courses and found this was ample. Staff very pleasant and the smallish dining area (there seem to be several) where we were seated was very intimate and yet well spaced. Overall, worth including in your visit to the Mountains or as a local, particularly if you enjoy Australian cuisine with an Asian touch.

    The ambience of the restaurant was very good. Service was excellent. The food was beyond perfection. I had the pernod cured salmon and the slow cooked ocean trout which just melted in my mouth. They served a lobster dumpling mouse bouche and some very tasty home baked sour dough bread. I could eat this meal every day. Thoroughly recommend.

    We had dinner last night at Echoes Restaurant and while the service was amazing and extremely attentive the food was bland & tastless. We also got a hairs in our glass which we only got a sorry for. While the food looked alot better than it tasted we didnt even finish our mains, even the waiter sad it was sad. The only good part was dessert & by that time we were soo disappointed especially the price your paying at $115 a head you would expect a beautiful tasting meal.
