El Pote

About this restaurant

El Pote is a Spanish restaurant that has been serving the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York for over 22 years. It specifically serves Castilian Spanish cuisine, which is unique to the northern and central regions of the Spain. The decor is set in an old-world style with dark brown brick walls and faux gas lights for a charming rustic ambiance. All the menu items are listed in Spanish, giving diners a lesson in the true names of these authentic dishes. El Pote has several classic dishes that diners are sure to welcome, like a gazpacho soup and a shrimp in white wine sauce. Other tasty options include ternera castellana, or veal cordon bleu. Don't forget to save room for El Pote's delicious flan or a cup of authentic cappuccino.
