    It started out rough. First of all just said we didn’t have reservations and then we showed her on the top blood and we had reservations for six and the other four were walking up and they tried to see us to a table for 2. But once we seated, the server was absolutely wonderful and I didn’t get her name. I’m sorry, but she was fabulous. Also, the gentleman making the omelettes was working so hard and really did a great job. You enjoyed our brunch.

    Be aware any reservations before 2pm on Sundays are for brunch - regardless of what time you are actually sat or have access to the buffet.

    My pre-booked a graduation party for nine. Restaurant was not aware when I got there very understaffed. Everything was slow. Food was cold. Food was missing items. I don’t blame the server. She was also waiting on other large parties. It was graduation night. There was no manager in sight. Nobody to complain to what a mess a $383 disaster.

    First of all, the restaurant was tucked away in a corner without any emblems out on the front of it had no idea that it was El Torito. Arrived, and inside there was maybe three people in the restaurant on a saturday at Noon ( That should have been a red flag). Set up at the bar and waited for a couple of friends, took about ten minutes for somebody to come up to the bar and offer me a drink. The young lady said she's not the bartender, and they didn't have a bartender That day. If I would like a mixed drink, she would try and make it so instead of putting her through that, I just ordered a beer. ( This is a pretty major restaurant and not to have a bartender on a Saturday afternoon. That's just poor business) The chips and salsa were on a steady, had to request a beer a couple times. Unfortunately, I think the young lady was covering the bar and the restaurant portion. Unfortunately, that was only six or seven people. The food was average, The service was poor don't think I would ever go again...

    We were seated at 545 for our 430 reservation. We had other parties of our same size seated before us until we complained. One of the parties seated ahead of us was a party that walked up and placed a reservation. The meal was pretty bland. After we finished our meal we waited for our waitress to bring our bill. This took fifteen minutes before we saw her across the room. We waived frantically to get her attention. She was very apologetic. We now understand how we were waiting outside for our seating.

    Had a Mother’s day reservation for 3:30 for 4 people. Arrived, let them know and they said they were going to make sure everything was ready. 20 minutes pass and nobody in the large crowd waiting outside has been seated, including my party. The workers are also nowhere to be found. Any time anyone would ask about getting seated the workers would say “we’re trying to get everything figured out” or “we’re clearing out the brunch buffet.” The brunch buffet had already been over for two hours, and they were not doing anything about the people still lingering there. At least 5 separate parties were standing outside for over 30 minutes just waiting. We finally went & asked the worker about our reservation again & when they realized we were only 4 people they finally brought us to this area with like 6 empty booths that we could’ve been seated at from the very beginning. The service could have been better. No napkins, utensils or even menus? We figured out we could scan the QR code to check out the menu but it wasn’t even the full menu & the waitress never brought menus she just came up 10 min after we were seated with chips & salsa & asked what we wanted to order. We had to ask for napkins. I had also ordered double rice no beans for my plate and they still brought me one serving of rice & a cup of beans. I’ve worked fast food & stuff before so i understand it’s overwhelming but this place seemed like it was their first time being open on Mother’s day or something. Completely unprepared.
