Elena is a gastronomic project under the concept of cuisine from the ground floor, in an environment
of comfort where diners can enjoy an extremely pleasant experience and
within a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
The restaurant offers a menu where our respect and appreciation for local ingredients is reflected, always using the freshest and best quality ingredients. The result is dishes created using a mix of influences from traditional and contemporary cuisines.
We ensure that the best accompaniment to our cuts of meat and seafood is, without a doubt, a good glass of wine. Our wine list is made up largely of wines from the Valle de Guadalupe, consistent with the idea of taking advantage of the region's product. Or if you fancy something more refreshing, we have a House Mixology menu from the most experimental and avant-garde to classic cocktails.

We have eaten at Elena’s 4 or 5 times . This time wasn’t as good as previous times. Some of the food was cold, needed to be returned. The drinks were brought out at different times. The salads were brought at the same time as the entrees. The waiter was good, doing his best to make sure our table was comfortable but the kitchen didn’t help. They didn’t have the wedges salad that was in the menu and some beers listed. The fideos seco and the Risotto de pulpo was cold and tasted like plain tomato sauce not expected from a restaurant of its caliber. Hopefully the chef should re consider those items and improve. Our other times there were excellent!! It was a shame since we were celebrating mother’s day!!

Esta aplicación aceptó mi reservación siendo que cierran antes de la hora reservada. Llevaba gente extranjera y les había promocionado ese lugar para cenar... quedé muy mal ante ellos.

Excellent food with a great variety of options, and the service was friendly and attentive, specially Adriana. The cocktails were outstanding as well. They even surprised us with a cake for our anniversary, which made the experience extra special. Highly recommend!

Estabamos muy emocionados de volver a Elena, nuestra primera experiencia fue 10/10. En este caso, volvimos misma fecha 2 años despues y fue bastante triste. Pedimos bebidas, y la mesera despues de traerlas nos dice que “casi no hay nada” del menu y se rie. Dije ok que tan malo puede ser, no habia pescado, atun, pulpo y ningun tipo de pasta. Desagradable, pues si hubiera comentado esto de un inicio no pedimos bebidas y nos vamos, bueno era cumpleaños de mi esposo ya estamos aqui, pidamos lo que hay. La carne no la cocinaron al termino correcto, pero el sabor 10/10, toda la comida 10/10. Cuando trajeron la comida le dije a la mesera si el panesito de bienvenida ya no lo daban, me dijo “ahorita checo”, como si hubiera exigido algo fuera de lugar. Las otras dos mesas alrededor tenian su panesito con sus bebidas. En mi reserva puse que era cumpleaños, la mesera nos pregunto cuando llegamos tambien si celebrabamos algo y le confirme. Pense, traeran una velita algun postre hay que pedir cafe. Pedi cafe y la mesera comenta que no habia cafe, solo soluble. Dije, bueno cantaremos con la velita que traigan asi. Jamas trajeron nada, nos trajeron la cuenta. Sin ganas de volver.

I had a reservation for saturday 22 wich was scheduled 15 days prior. But the restaurant had a private event scheduled at the same time. So they could not honour my reservation, the problem was that I was not informed at the time that I made the reservation or the same day of my reservation. Getting another place to eat in Valle was really dificult, so this ruined a big part of my vacations. Don´t think I recommend them.

My boyfriend and I were very excited to check out Elena. We had made our reservations about 2 weeks in advance. I was contacted the next day to confirm my reservation and also asked about parking bc there was a concert happening feet’s away from the restaurant. I was advice that we would have any issues. We arrive 15-20 mins before our reservation and best believe there is no parking. Parking Security was trying their best to accommodate us but the restaurant Manager advised not to let us in. So we parked our car, walked up to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He was not the friendliest person. It is very understandable when there is an even happening next door, however, it is no reason to treat customers w/ disrespect. Our reservation was at 7:30, we got seated at the bar by 8, as they had multiple parties waiting to be seated. There were not enough tables to the amount of reservations they took. By 8:15 our waiter approaches us and took our drink order bc the bar that we were sat at couldn’t take our drink order!!! Very absurd bc it’s a bar. Got out drinks. 5-10 minutes later we put in our food order. 20 mins later we asked about our food, we were advised it’s being made and will come out shortly. In the meantime we are trying to enjoy ourselves and drinks. Realizing that the Manager, was too worried about “his people” he had his friends/family on a table for about 10-12 and they where getting their food and drinks within no more than 5 min. The manager would sit down with them and kept enjoy glasses of wine. We finally are advised that our table is ready at 9pm!! We asked for the 4th time, what about our food? Side note we ordered Truffle French Fries and Three Tacos! No one in the time span asked us if we wanted another cocktail. At this point the worst experience ever to what Elena is known for. Both receptionist were extremely understanding and very kind. Elena doesn’t know how to host big events. If you are not within the “friend circle”. Don’t go!!

Pésima experiencia. Quitaron mis cosas en cuanto vieron que fui al baño, para poder meter más gente.
