Pizza

Each pizza is hand tossed and made with a classic pizza sauce, shredded whole milk mozzarella, house-made fresh mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses. Our pizza dough is made fresh daily with flour, yeast, salt, water and extra virgin olive oil (no dairy, no sugar). All combinations are served as is – substitutions may incur an up-charge. The Gluten Free Explorer Crust is available in a 12" size for a $5 up-charge. We now offer "Dalya" vegan friendly cheese for our pizzas – may incur an up-charge
