Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. Every one’s food was cold we waited the entire time we were there for butter to melt on our corn. I didn’t mention it to the manager because I was scared of what would come back. They sat a family with kids next to us when the place was basically empty. We had to yell to hear the person next to you. Waitress was nice though.

This is surprising hidden gem. The service is very fast, food is excellent, the menu does have a good variety and prices are fairly reasonable. Not as many healthy options to choose from though. The ambiance is a throw back to the days of Max and Erma’s where interesting period clutter adorns the walls. Makes for some fun looking at the retro signs etc all around the restaurant.

The restaurant seemed to be understaffed. We were the third group waiting but no one seemed to be manning the check in process.

The All American Platter was delicious. We had six people and no one walked away hungry. The staff was very nice and accommodating especially when they had to slit the bill.

We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday, everyone working did a fantastic job. Food was excellent, server was very friendly and great at her job. They knocked it outta the park. Thanks for a wonderful time.

No air conditioning, just extremely noisy fans and the room was as cold as ice We asked for a frozen margarita, but was told they could not make one because they did not have a blender Asked Requested hot coffee but was told they did not have coffee, not that it wasn’t made not made but that they did not have coffee in order to make it.
