FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.
The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. Bourbon Blackberry Collins, with Black Dirt bourbon (fresh from nearby Orange County), lemon juice, and agave, is a great way to start off the evening.

                                                      Farm is a lovely restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. The menu is interesting, with plenty of options. We enjoy staying at the Hotel Nyack especially because there is an good restaurant on site. The bar is also excellent. Relaxed, but upscale, atmosphere.

                                                      The food was fine. The steak did not taste fresh and everyone’s burgers were overdone. It was a fine experience for a meeting point of people coming from different directions. Now that I know how cute nyack is we will go into town next time instead.

                                                      We did about 10 minutes for somebody to greet us turned out. The restaurant was having a private event and did not have enough staff to have the restaurant open. Finally somebody seated us we waited a half hour nobody came over to take an order and we walked out. Also, you were sitting outside by the pool which was murky and cloudy ambience was terrible unless you’re a guest at the hotel would not go here.

                                                      This place used to be really wonderful related to the food. I have no idea what has happened more recently. In the last couple visits my fiance and I have had here the food has been very much subpar. Orders getting mixed up terribly. Important requests being ignored. Food being cold or soggy. Truffle fries arriving without the cheese / flavoring. Also, there were just out of everything. It just seems like the chef or the restaurant were just over it. No idea what the deal is -- not sure if we will visit again. Definitely will not be recommending that friends ever go here.

                                                      Service is everything in the hospitality business. Reservations were made, and service was poor from the onset. Waited 20 minutes to be seated and had to go to the hotel reception desk to get someone as no hostess or waiter was coming our way. A "host/ess" never showed up and we sat ourselves down. Waiters did not know who was handling the table. Orders were mistaken and we were told they were going to correct the order, this happened with two waiters and no replacement ever came. You literally had to wave someone down to get their attention.
