The students and staff do a wonderful job. I love going here for lunch. Particularly the buffet. Everyone does a fantastic job. You would never know its a High School culinary arts program. My only critique (which is my own pettiness)is that there never seems to be any gravy for the meats on the carving station. I miss that but otherwise everythings perfect!
