Figs Pizza is most likely like no other pizza you’ve ever had. Don’t be surprised by the large freeform shape—its specifically part of what will go into your overall experience in enjoying this unique meal.
The crust will be so crisp and thin it will be close to brittle. That finely crisped quality is achieved by the special technique used in making the dough and a short cooking time at a very high temperature. The toppings are the finest freshest available and are, as often as possible local produce and other ingredients.
A distinctive quality of a Figs Pizza is that it will cool down quickly. If you take a pizza with you please follow the directions provided by the restaurant when heating it again at home.
Unsure if it's because we were closer to the door, but the pizza went cold very quickly. But overall the service and folks were great/kind. Thank you, Audrey
Service was not very poor. We were waiting for an hour for the appetizer to be ready! Food was okay, but the service not good at all.
Great pizzas - totally love going half and half with variety.
Space was a bit tight for spacing out during Covid - but it didn't really impact the experience. Really love the menu, pasta and salads are so delicious and all the pizzas are same quality after all these years!
The service was not good. The pizza with pepperoni was terrible.
I don’t like it compare to the other location in Charlestown.
Pizza was phenomenal, would recommend the portobello and the bronx. Great they do 1/2 and 1/2. Will be returning!
The food was excellent. The service by John was also excellent. Considering the fact that he was running the service and takeout aspects by himself at a fairly busy lunch hour, he kept things moving and was friendly throughout. Definitely an asset to the Figs team.
We didn’t have a good experience. Limited options in the menu, long wait for service and food, poor service!
Delicious food. Beautiful setting underneath black and white striped umbrellas in an outdoor cafe style atmosphere. We ordered the Oliver pie, spicy roasted broccoli, an order of meat balls and two Pieroni's. It was just enough food for two adults and a young teenager. The broccoli was outstanding. The meatbaslls were a tasty order of three. The pizza was very good, just a little sweet for my taste (I prefer slightly salty). It had a nice dry crust. I would have liked it to be cooked just a minute more to give it a crispy texture. Overall, the experience was wonderful and is why I give it it five stars. We'll go back next time we visit the area. Hopefully by then COVID-19 will be just a memory but I do hope the streetscape dining, under the soft Beacon Hill Gas Lights, will remain. It made it very special.

The food was great as always. The pasta was delicious and the asparagus frite was fantastic. Food at the restaurant while warm is much better than take out.
Service was quite terrible - we ordered a bottle of wine when we sat down and it wasn’t given to us until we asked for it after finishing appetizers. Additionally my credit card was left in the reader which was very annoying - might have left without it if I hadn’t noticed.

Had a reservation but was seated 15 minutes late—never a good sign. But the rest of the night was enjoyable and the food was good. A noisy table next to us made it difficult to hear.

We've lived in Boston for 15+years now and it was our first time at Figs, don't know why. It was excellent! Food came out very fast and everything was very delicious. Great service too.
We had a lovely outdoor dinner here during the week. We were seated late (about an hour after our reservation) but the staff was very kind and gave us complimentary drinks and a discount. You have to get the fig and prosciutto pizza if you come here. You can also get a half and half pizza, which we did and makes dining more fun. There were two of us and we couldn’t finish an entire pizza!
We had a reservation for 8 p.m. but our table was not ready until 8:35. I asked the server multiple times to send me a text message when the table is ready so we can take a walk, at least, however, she refused. Otherwise, food and ambiance was really good

Just not very good. Caesar salad was bland. Too much cheese not enough dressing
We did not actually get to use this reservation as the restaurant was running over an hour behind on outdoor tables. We arrived on time and were told we would have a 15 minute wait. When we checked at the host stand, we were told we were still third in line and the parties ahead of us had just been seated. Our wait was expected to be at least 45 minutes more, which was unacceptable for a reserved time. As we left, I noticed that there were still multiple reservations available on Open Table. Highly disappointing experience and lack of dinner, especially as we try to support restaurants in need during Covid.
The Red Sox pizza was awesome!
Amazing pizza! We sat right next to the stove and were able to watch them create our meal before it came out to us. High recommend if you’re looking for a great slice of pie!

Lovely neighborhood restaurant, always very busy and noisy but friendly and efficient.
Pizzas are enormous, recommend getting 1 half/half with a friend and maybe a salad on side, that is plenty of food and super delicious.

Nice for lunch (although pricey since there is no lunch menu) but can get very noisy when crowded at dinner because the restaurant is small and tables are close together.
Best pizza in Boston. I brought a friend there who loves thin crust pizza. He’s usually very very picky, and he gave it a 10 out of 10! My favorite pizza there is the mushroom pizza and I always bring some home and eat it over next few days because it’s that good!!!
Our expectations were definitely not met. The restaurant was dirty and the service was poor. Pizza was quite good but we won't go back.
Food was mediocre. Pizza over done and bolognese was more like Alfredo on top of red sauce. Salads were great.
Cozy and yummy but packed and slightly uncomfortable (sat right next to a radiator so melted) and had a 10/15 min wait for table. NBD but not much room to stand. Thankfully the bartender was easy to access and attentive. Wished it had hard alcohol. Otherwise sweet and lovely.

Great food. Pizza is very good. Had a special a few weeks ago of seared chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans, would eat it every day it was so good!

Great food and service as always! The only thing was that I had made a reservation knowing it would be busy, but We still had to wait over 30 minutes for our table. But everything and everyone else was wonderful!
The waitstaff was excellent. They cram too many tables in the dining room so it gets quite loud and difficult to maneuver. Our pizza (prosciutto with fig relish) was dry and overcooked. The special salad of the night was fresh and delicious. I would not go again, this was a Tuesday night so imagine that later in the week must make the noise level go way up.
We went there to celebrate my birthday. Our waiter did not write down our orders and forgot HALF our food.
We were so excited to have a special night and eat really yummy food that we can’t normally indulge in. But the poor service ruined the evening. Our server brought out my entree and I thought my boyfriend’s would’ve out soon but the server disappeared for 20 minutes. When we finally got his attention again and asked about the other entree he got surly and then we never saw him again. And then another server brought us our check before we could even order dessert. We wrote an email to the contact address on their website and never heard back.
Good food was ruined by terrible service. Will not be going back.
