    Food was great but service was a bit lacking. We have been coming to this location for a long time. Usually great service, but they were not really crowded but were slow. Had reservation at 715 and got our meals after 830.

    My family frequents Firebirds often but we were very disappointed with this visit. We arrived a bit before our reservation time but were seated immediately and in the loudest section of the restaurant as there were 2 birthdays being celebrated. There were other tables open for our party of 4. After we were seated it took a while to get drinks and apps ordered. Drinks came in a reasonable amount of time. The ranch rings were the worst we have ever had. They had the actual skin of the onion still on several of the rings so it was like chewing plastic. I don’t know if they were short staffed in the kitchen or what but again it took a long time to get our meals and they didn’t come out all together so my son had to wait 5 more minutes for his meal. I ordered the prime rib, which is usually delicious, but the cut was so thick and it came out lukewarm. My baked potato was the same temp and even though i ordered it loaded it had minimal toppings. My daughter’s pasta was also lukewarm. They did bring us plenty of bread and our waitress was very nice. I am sure we will go back at some point and I do hope they are back up to par. We really do enjoy Firebirds.

    Hate small salad bowls but happy we were brought larger ones 🤗 everything was perfect.. recommend eating at Firebirds.. make reservations for a shorter waittime

    We've been going to this location of Firebird's for several years. We always enjoy it, but there are some days better than others. Our recent visit was definitely top-notch! Service was so excellent, we made sure to tell the manager when they dropped by to see how our visit was going. We were there at lunch, so vibe was moderate, not as crowded, but definitely a good amount of people for lunch. The food was excellent, salads and smash burgers for the "Perfect Pair" menu. It was an excellent outing for sure. Host, waiter, kitchen, and manager... all top-notch! Thanks, we'll be back for sure!

    First thing walking in we had the unpleasant smell of the bathrooms hitting us in the face, fortunately we were seated across the restaurant. The quality of the food has deteriorated consistantly in the past 18months. All told not worth the prices charged.

    I feel that is very overpriced. We were there for our 20th anniversary and a friend had gifted us with a nice gift card. Why did the reservation ask if we were celebrating something special if nothing special was done? Anyway..... we ordered an appetizer to share (steak egg rolls) and they were great. We both ordered the NY strip with a loaded baked potato. It was okay but my steak tasted burnt and our potatoes could have cooked a little longer. We finished with a piece of chocolate cake that we shared. Hubby had tea and I had a soda. Total: 118.00 Just seemed a little expensive for a dinner we could have had at Texas Roadhouse.

    Firebirds has been our "go-to" for over a decade, but in recent years we had begun to question whether or not they were still "trying". The new Granite Grill started looking very good, but they are a little inconsistent. So, we went back to Firebirds for our wedding anniversary and it was all it had been ten years ago. I believe Ophelia was the hostess and was very welcoming as she directed us to our table. (The gentleman at the reservation desk rushed around to hold the door for my wife when we were leaving) Our server, Michelle, said she was a bit new, but that was hard to believe. She was fun and helpful and just a delight to share our special evening with. She even brought us a great little desert platter, gratis!! My parmesan mashed taters and Baja Shrimp Pasta were great. My wife liked her steak (rib eye), but felt it was lacking a little in flavor. She just wants a good steak, no garnishes or sauces. Just steak. She loved her tater tots and Cosmopolitan. All in all, a very positive experience.

    It has been sometime since I had visited this restaurants. It showed wear. The food was good but not great. I must add that the baked potato was perfect. Our server was a real charmer.
