Was an amazing experience. The market table was amazing that gave us plenty of choices, the meat selection and flavor was undeniably fantastic, and the service we received from everyone (hostess, our server and meat servers) was outstanding, they were all very professional and kind. The chef did a remarkable job as well!!! All in all our experience was fantastic and will not be our last. I can't wait to go back!!! I can't stop thinking about the Picanha, Ribeye, and especially the Grilled Cheese!!! I didn't see the Beef Ribs being served, I hope I get to try them the next time we come!!! Until then, I will dream about the Grilled Cheese!!! Thanks again for an exquisite and extraordinary evening!!!

The meat was very good however the market table needs alot of work. We could tell the hot foods had been sitting for awhile and no one from the kitchen checked on it the whole time we were there. The salad bar and cold good was OK but very picked over. The servers were fantastic. The music was very loud and choice of music was odd ( ac/dc. Michael Jackson. Journey, country) I suggest some type of Spanish/Brazilian to match the theme. The ambiance of the restaurant did not match with the Brazilian gaucho theme. I read the reviews prior to coming to your restaurant and most of the reviews were fantastic on Google however I was disappointed with our experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful, with an amazing variety of perfectly cooked meats brought straight to the table. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Everything we tried was delicious, especially the creme brûlée, and the whole experience felt special from start to finish. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and excellent service! Thank you to Victor and Bart for allowing my wife and I to feel welcomed.

I took a friend here for their birthday as their first Brazilian steakhouse experience. We were greeted promptly and received excellent table-side service. The market table seemed to have food sitting out for some time and the salad bar was small, but decent. The meats were delicious and flavorful which we were happy about. The printed menu includes Prime Rib and Ribeye separately, and when I asked for the Prime Rib because it never came out, I was informed that's "it's basically the same as the Ribeye" which they offered to bring back out, though I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to the Prime Rib which is slow roasted with a softer and juicier texture than the prep and texture of Ribeye. Overall, my first experience here was just "okay."

Small place. Small salad bar with limited options. Meat selection was broad, but fatty cuts, and don't expect any special treatment for birthday or anniversary reservations. Had to ask for a water refill 3 times before finally getting a second glass of water. Mentioned my birthday on checking in with my reservations and not even given a free desert after spending over $220 for the experience. Go to Fogo de Chão in San Jose instead. A bit further of a drive from the Elk Grove area, but a much better atmosphere more true to the Churrascaria experience for the money spent.

Place is a little small and empty , Baked salmon was raw in the middle, wasn’t able to get help when I needed because all the waiters seem to get together by the host station and chitchat most of the time and on their phones , I had to walk up to the host station a few times I asked my waiter which he looked annoyed when I asked for water or for sliced lemon, the waiter looked at me and said “lemon like the?” I responded “lemon like the fruit.” service is pretty ridiculous. Better off going to flame and fire. The price we paid the service wasn’t great at all the food was ok , if your celebrating an occasion I would choose to go els were in my opinion. Won’t be comming back any time soon.

It’s a very intimate experience, so make sure you have a reservation. We saw many people get turned away because they were full. The cold & hot plate bar was good - everything tasted fresh. The meats were delicious, but we noticed only a few types making their way around more than once vs. some we didn’t get to try because it never came back out, even when we asked about it. My only gripe is that we asked for water and they poured a spring water bottle that they charged us for (they poured it while we were getting our food). They didn’t make this clear when ordering so just make sure you ask/know prior. Overall still a good experience.
