   Salad bar and sides were very low quality. Seemed like everything was being rushed out and thrown onto plates. Skipped our table many times with what little meat selection they did have. Way too overpriced for the poor experience and quality of food

   Although the restaurant was pretty busy Chef Michael took the time to come to our table to have us try his creation. He was very pleasant and upbeat. Overall experience was great.

   Food was good. What we were able to get. Was sat in the back room and the meat runners barely made it back there and our table was in the far corner so even the few that made it into the back room didn’t make it to our table. We only saw three different meats our entire dinner. The server had too many tables and was extremely long taking any request or visit to the table.

   Very noisy and crowded. Tables too close together made it nearly impossible to get to the market table. And we some how ended up paying $21 for plain old water when all we wanted was cold water. Waited a while for certain cuts of meats. Service and food was otherwise good.

   My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. We brought along our 7 month old. The staff was really great in accommodating a space for us to put our stroller. Our baby was able to sit comfortably in her stroller and eventually fell asleep. We are grateful to the staff and chefs for this wonderful experience.

    We went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The restaurant was very nice & the food was absolutely wonderful. My only dissatisfaction was the cost of the shot of Hennessy that was watered down. Other than that I have no complaints. The service was wonderful, the food was great, dessert was also very good. Also the valet parking was a bonus & very reasonable. Cheaper than using an Uber out garage & saved the trouble of having to find out own parking.

    We love dining here for celebrations. We had a perfect table and location but we were often overlooked when the meats came around. We had to continually ask for what we wanted. We never had this experience before dining here. Very disappointing as we’re used to amazing service in the past.

    It was crowded and very noisy. Normally it’s calm and enough room for the servers to walk around. My bag was on the back of the chair and the server kept knocking it off.I watched a woman climb on the chair to exit her table. There was no room even at the table. Our waitress was a pleasure. My mom sent her drink back to the bartender three times. Absolutely disappointing are the words I would give as an overall status. I will never come again on a special occasion.

    The food was good. I’m going to give a fair criticism. It was Mother’s Day. A huge crowd. Our reservation was made the same day. We were seated in the very back in a corner. Unfortunately, we kinda got overlooked. The Gauchos were just about out of selection when he got to us. The server didn’t come by to refresh drinks. We waited a very long time for our bill. The molten lava cake was frozen. It wasn’t taken off the bill. They just didn’t have the servers to handle the capacity. But, the servers were friendly and tried their best.

    We went for Mother’s Day dinner. The tables are too close and was uncomfortable sitting close to other guests. The meat servers were not stopping at all tables and we had to signal to them. Meat quality is average. Salad bar had many options and was fresh. I think it’s just the experience but not where we would return.

    We went to brunch for Mother's Day. It was very crowded, but the service was excellent. I thought we would have had to wait for along time to get waited on, but that wasn't the case. The food was hot and delicious. Two of my family members are vegan. They were able to eat from the salad bar and also had a vegan entree as an option. Overall I was pleased

    Mother’s Day. Kevin the bartender and our primary server Vila were amazing! Food is always excellent, but $65 vs. what an average human can eat? Not worth it. No seafood. No high end steak cuts. Otherwise, love Fogo de Chao very much.

    I took my boyfriend there for his bday cause he and I have never been, it was a HORRIBLE experience. We ordered the CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE… it took us 45 mins to receive medallions and a 1 to be served… the servers who come around and serve you meat kept looking us dead in our faces and walked past us. the meat was chewy like gum.. the mash potatoes were so watery and bland. EVERYTIME we signified the waiter she would get upset like we was bothering her. We would ask the meat servers for food that was alil more done and they would leave, come back and say oh I forgot… we explained to the manager and she made faces like she was upset about what we were telling her… we paid and left…Won’t be going back

    Myself and 5 others came for an early dinner (5pm) for my husbands birthday. There were quite a few things that went wrong that I will not mention because at this point, they are not important; however my review is based on the accommodations that were made to correct those mistakes or issues. Servers and managers were extremely nice and understanding. The only downfall that I could find with the functionality of this restaurant is the fact that my table (and I am sure, many other tables) have two servers assigned. If we spoke with one server, the other had no idea what was going on. One of the issues was a guest in our party ordered from the al a carte menu and it was not communicated to the other server. We found out 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering that the order was never “rang in”. But again, management was extremely nice as well as the servers. The issues were not so much of a set back that I wouldn’t come back. I plan to come back solely because of how the issues were resolved. Overall, and aside from the server miscommunication, we had a wonderful evening. Thank you so much!

    This is the first time I have been here in a while and it will be the last. Service was awful! There are not enough baristas walking around. The barista with the sausage looked at us and walked away 4 times. It actually became a joke. He only stopped because we asked our server. We never got the parmesan pork. Our table was walked by multiple times. We had to request what we wanted and even that took so long. For the price we paid, I expected so much more.

    This is usually my favorite place to go for lunch or dinner. However; this time was the absolute worst. Waitress dropped soda which flew on my clothes and in my face and in my glass of wine. Had to tell them to bring me a new glass of wine. They kept bringing us the same exact meat to the table “top sirloin” we kept asking for the lamb chops which they told us would take 10 minutes to cook which ended up taking an hour which at that point we never got so we just left!

    The food has gone downhill over the years. Cuts of meat not up to par. Ambience good as usual. The wait staff and managers created an embarrassing situation at our table, and it was handled very poorly. They also told us at the beginning of the meal that they were out of still water (which would presumably include tap water). This caught us off guard and they charged us $15 for sparkling water. I should have tipped $0 instead of the 12% I gave. We won't be back, and would not recommend. Rather try Na Brasa or another Brazilian Steakhouse. Couldn't be worse than this.

    I have been a few times - this experience was awful. It took almost 20 minutes to receive our drinks - when the drinks came they were not very good. The meat service was fine until about 2am this morning when my boyfriend and I both got extremely sick from the food. The service and bathrooms were horrendous for a 250$ dinner.

    This was a fun dining experience for the whole family. Some of the offerings were better than others and part of the enjoyment is sampling them all and determining your favorites. The staff was attentive. Bathrooms were sort of shockingly dirty considering the pricepoint of the restaurant but otherwise a pleasant experience.

    Overall, the experience was mixed. While I have been to Fogo de Chao before, this was my first time since the start of the pandemic. I think the main feeling that I had was that in that setting, where staff have been increasingly hard to find, was that they seemed overstretched and the main issues with the meal were because of that. There were, at times, lengthy waits between meats being brought to the table and when they were, good cuts were far less frequent than the cheaper ones. We had to wait quite a while to even order our drinks and when we got them, my Martini was half-filled and without garnish. The appetizer bar seemed more sparse than I remember it and the Purell dispenser at the beginning of it was empty. While the distance between tables was adequate, few, if any, servers wore masks. Overall, the meal was tasty, especially the dessert, but the restaurant seemed strained and not at the same level of quality that I remember from years past.

    Fogo is normally one of my favorites but this time it was just too crowded, rushed, and for the first time ever, the serving gauchos were too few to handle the crowd. My advice would be to go on a week-night Monday - Thursday when it's not so busy. I understand staffing with restaurants is difficult thus why I would recommend going during the week which would help them spread work out through the week and avoid the week-end crowds and the slow food service.

    We went for my fiancé’s birthday since Covid robbed him of 1. We had the tasting experience and upgraded a add on of 21 day aged Waygu NY strip steak. While the meal was expensive $360 with tip for 2 of us and only 2 drinks, it was delicious! My fiancé is a foodie and he loved the steak! The chef even came out to introduce himself to us. My fiancé said it was the best steak he has ever had! They do has a salad bar area, but the meat and sides are so plentiful I barely touched anything else.
