Had a good time with my wife. We definitely enjoyed the service. Nadia was amazing! The food was good. Some of the meat were very dry, but the steaks is where the money was at! Will definitely come again!

I love the layout of the restaurant , there was plenty of space, not crowded. The food was very good and we enjoyed the lamb chops and filet mignon. I would go back. Our servers were friendly and super attentive. I give them a 10 in great service. Thank you.

My expectations were high, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet them. The food bar was disappointing, and I expected a much better variety of options. The fruit selection was especially limited, with only three choices available. The meat service was also lacking. Servers took too long to come around, and our waitress was not attentive to our needs. Overall, the food selection and service were not what I expected, and the experience fell short of my expectations.

Felt sorry for some customers who were waiting for long intervals of no meat coming around. I was one of those customers who would get frustrated paying a premium price for a premium dinner that doesn’t come to the table. My advice- look at the bar menu.

I’m actually sad to leave this review. I’ve been to multiple fogo locations- LA, OC, and I came to this location during when it first opened and for my bday last year. I’m disappointed to see how the service has regressed since the opening. My first experience here was so amazing, service so attentive, and there was so much effort to make sure my bday felt special. It’s left enough of a good impression that I talked it up to my friend when I chose to book my bday date with her this year. It’s was her first time at fogo. I have never experienced such poor service like this at any fogo location. I was so embarrassed when she asked if it was typically like this. We were there from 6:30pm-9:30pm. In that time frame our waters were refilled once. We were checked on once. ONCE IN THREE HOURS. It was so unnecessarily difficult to flag down service. I understand that we picked the churrasco experience so we can self serve at the market table and meat came around often enough. It’s specifically the servers. We honestly thought the server we met at the start just left mid shift or something. We watched as the tables immediately to the left and right of us were well taken care of. Sides on the table without asking, waters refilled, someone just popping by to check in. We asked for the mashed potatoes I bragged about 3x and it simply never came. Dirty plates and bowls piled waiting to be picked up. Water was finally refilled when we were visibly irritated and ready for the check to leave. A guy in a different uniform from the servers and churrasco people noticed us and brought us our bill. He explained that there isn’t 1 server assigned to a table, the work as a group and check on everyone. That somehow feels worse because on a less busy Wednesday I’d think chances of better service would be higher since it’s a group shared duty. He apologized and offered free desserts to which I declined but encouraged my friend to take one home. Not the bday I hoped for.

Went here with my family for my birthday dinner. The service started off well, with our server going over the menu with us. We each selected the $77 Full Churrasco which includes the salad bar and all the cuts of meat that would be offered by the gauchos walking around the restaurant. We got a few cuts of meat at our table for about the first 20 - 30 minutes, & then we noticed that the servers were no longer coming to our table, despite having a “yes please” green card facing up. It was unfortunate that we saw the gauchos going to every table around us EXCEPT ours for over 30 minutes, especially because they kept walking RIGHT BY US! So it’s not like they were far. They were quite literally overlooking our table & walking right past it. Made me wonder what is the point of having the green side facing up if you will get no meat served to you? It took another server coming to our table to ask if he should call in some meat for us. And even then, only the specific gaucho he sent to our table kept coming back. The rest just kept circling around us. When a different gaucho came, he started by saying “sorry about that would you like [the cut he was serving]”, meaning they knew they had been circling our table. I thought it was because there were a few larger groups in the restaurant and that’s why we were being overlooked, but our table was surrounded by two seater tables which were served more frequently than we were. So clearly it was not a “large party receiving more service” issue. I genuinely did not appreciate this kind of service at all. That’s no way to treat a customer. Imagine celebrating your birthday dinner like that. So very disheartening & unfortunate. Towards the end, the server from earlier asked how the service was & if everything was okay. He looped in the manager & they offered free dessert for next time. I appreciate that, but paying almost $400 just for your entire table to be treated as invisible for over an hour is not worth free dessert.

I’ve been here a few times. I brought clients here based off of previous experience and quality of service. However this time I was very disappointed in the service. Food was great however the service was not as great.
