   Our dinner was excellent. Our table was ready when we arrived, service was superb and the food delicious. The restaurant was very busy, with a lively din throughout the rooms, everyone seemed content. The bread is quite tasty, I do wish there were more slices per order. The eggplant Parmesan side is enough for a small meal, the spaghetti ariabatta was excellent. Our drinks were also perfect. There is plenty of parking in the back and parking in the front after 6 pm. I would recommend Forno for couples and families.

   The food was amazing and well priced. Drinks were delicious - I had ordered a surprise drink for my husband for our anniversary (totally forgot I did that), but they brought it out promptly and it was a wonderful surprise for me too. Our waitress was fabulous and extremely personable. Highly recommend Forno!

   It was Tuesday night so we all got special which is a great deal. But their menu is very small, and it was the same as before in close to a year. So while the food was good, it’s not a place I want to frequent. And while the special is a great deal, rest of the dishes aren’t. And the place is noisy, though it’s not too loud it prevents conversation at the table.

   Took my Mom for the Mothers Day brunch buffet and it was FABULOUS. I'm not a big pancake fan (although they looked good) so skipped them and tried everything else. Can't say that I didn't love everything but the surprise was my favorite: truffled cream corn. I had no idea creamed corn could be so amazing. We were so full we couldn't even THINK about having dinner that night!

    We've been to Forno a number of times and unfortunately last night was just OK. Food was good as always but service was very poor compared to prior visits. Wine pours felt quite small for the cost of the drink. Left feeling full but yet disappointed.

    Service was outstanding! Options to get smaller portions or 1/2 and 1/2 orders was very appealing to us. Even house wine was great! Will definitely go back- sooner rather than later!

    Great service, but the food was meh. Veal was soaked in sauce and extremely salty. I understand it’s a harder meat but at $29.00, I expected better.

    Forno was ok-there was 4 of us and we all agreed the food was on the salty side. The staff was great! Waitress very knowledgeable & fun. I don’t think we will be back. Maybe, to give it one more chance?

    Had a lovely dinner - the stand outs for me were the Arancini, the short rib, and the gnocchi. My husband also loved his pork dish. We love all of Christian’s restaurants - consistently delicious.

    Recently had dinner at a high top in the bar. It was early so the restaurant was not crowded. Service was great and the food was excellent. Will definitely return.

    Our waiter was excellent, my bolognese on the whole wheat pasta was fantastic, the tiramisu was incredibly perfect. Nice atmosphere (Sans loud/whiny child behind us during appetizer - YOU MUST GET THE BURRATA). Price is high, but good quality and quantity. Highly recommend!

Being a small, local restaurant in Montgomery, we have a variety of guests with varying expectations, but we typically have that local family feel you get when you dine at the same restaurant every week, twice a week: everyone knows you and wants to talk to you! It can get loud depending on the time of your visit, so you may want to consider dining later in the evening to avoid children.     Always a good spot for dinner on a week night. You could have a salad and the minestrone soup and it would be enough. All round great restaurant.

    Came with my two high school age kids. Pizza oven didn’t work. Did not get our Focaccia. Food was good. Ambiance not as good as the Hyde Park location.

With the open concept, our busy times can be noisy. The bar and booths are more reserved while the pizza bar is more fun to watch the action, but again, it can get noisier in the center of the restaurant. Please feel free to request a booth next time for a more intimate date night, keeping in mind we are a smaller restaurant with a local/family atmosphere where date night is usually more casual and can include meeting some neighbors you didn't know yet.

    Went there for Bolognese night. It was outstanding. Salad and bread and Bolognese. Tried two different wines by the glass and they were delicious. Service was awesome!

    I would like it if the crust was smaller on my pizza. I had pizza Elena, it was delicious but ingredients covered only 2/3 of the dough.
