Founding Farmers - King of Prussia
First, it should be noted that there are limited vegetarian offerings, and vegan meals are even harder to find. I misinterpreted the theme as a produce-farm sort of theme, but it's more a meat and dairy-farm theme.
The meal started oddly with the hostess asking if we'd dined there before. We said we hadn't, and assumed some sort of introduction would follow; but she just turned and walked away.
The waitress then warned us off of the entrees we planned to order. What we ended up with were unsatisfying entrees that really needed extra veggies to make a meal. But we didn't see any a la carte sides on the menu. In the end, we opened a can of soup when we got home.
Cute place, but we don't plan to return.
The server, "Z", stated that he could remember our whole order. 30 minutes passed and our appetizers still didn't arrive. I pulled him aside and asked where our food was and he stated that I ordered the crab dip which takes longer and they want everything to come out together. 5 minutes later our appetizers arrived, not all together. 5 minutes after that our main courses arrived. It was clear that the server forgot to add the appetizers. I wish he would've just owned up to it. Our last experience with Emily was outstanding. I'm disappointed in the service this time around.
I love the concept of Founding Farmers but every time we go there is always an issue. This past time we spent 3+ hours there because our entrees weren't put in and then when they were they were out of one of our meals. By the time we got our food most of it was cold. The staff and management was very apologetic about it and gave us free dessert but this isn't the first time we have had similar issues there.

The buffet was terrible... Lots of items were empty, No one asked if we wanted pancakes or eggs Benedict... Chicken was burnt... Coffee was old... Terrible.
Food is awesome, staff is awesome. We drove an hour to eat here, it was worth it!
I've heard mixed reviews,and actually have had some various experience myself with Founding Farmer's... however everything about our experience yesterday at brunch was awesome! I recommend going earlier rather than later as there is more variety early.
It's a shame, because I really wanted to LOVE this place. But, we had an 8:45 reservation and it was so bloody loud, my husband and I could barely hear each other. Then, the lady next to us returned her entree. THEN, my hand crafted seltzer water that I got had 2 LONG AND BIG BLACK HAIRS on the INSIDE of my glass..........
I really wanted to like this place, like so bad, but i just don't think i'll go back... i think it's trying to be too hard to be something it just isn't / can't be...
This restaurant experience was great. We loved the food and atmosphere. The waitress was also very good and knowledgeable. I look forward to our next visit.
It was good
Waiter was very good. Fish of the day (Rock Fish) was really good. Shrimp & Grits was good but shrimp slightly over cooked.
We had a business and birthday dinner with work colleagues. We were seated promptly when our guests arrived at a window table.
The menu is very diverse and we had a number of great choices. I liked the menu.
We had steak frites, crab cake, salad and chicken caccitore - all were very good. We will come back again.
With all of the hype about using locally sourced products it was no different than any other chain restaurant. The service was very good although at the end of the dinner we never got the coffee we ordered with dessert . The food quality was mediocre at best.
The ambiance was exceptional as well as the service. Everything that I ordered was full of flavor. My only complaint was the steak was chewy and over cooked. Otherwise, my experience was pleasant.
Value for price paid was not good. I like the concept but need better presentations and plate coverage.
We have been here many times and usually bring someone with us that has not been before. It is somewhere that you can go and enjoy conversations and your company. We tend to go early as it gets very busy and service has always been excellent. This time we took a dear friend that I hadnt seen for awhile. I wanted to be able to catch up and talk without yelling and be able to share photos and stories etc. The service was wonderful and our waiter was able to answer any questions that she had especially about food allergies. She loved the food and the entire experience. We were able to enjoy each others company and had a memorable time. Thank you to Founding Farmers. You once again did not disappoint.
Server was great. Appetizers, entrees, and desserts were all very good. All six people in our party enjoyed their food. Good value for the price. Mashed potatoes with the pot roast was a table favorite
Eat here! Why have you not eaten here yet! (But also arrive with extra time to park because parking is a nightmare)
I enjoyed myself for the first time, it was amazing. Me and my cousin are coming back and bringing a few people with us. Awesome awesome awesome can’t wait to come back and make a sundae. And wonderful service, amazing and everyone was on top of whatever, magnificent.

Founding Farmers is always a solid choice. First time at brunch on the weekend. Overall it was a good experience. The buffet was OK. Breakfast staples like sausage and eggs were well done but grits and pastries were below FF standards. The lunch portion of the meal was good. Brisket, potatoes, and the salmon were well seasoned. They also bring appetizers around but with the crowd it was tough to flag them down. Service for a buffet was exceptional per usual FF.
They held our reservation even though we went over the 15 min wait due to construction coming off of the turnpike.
Qianna was wonderful! She was very attentive and pleasant!
Good food, bad table right in the center of everything, service not great
The food was great but the service was terrible. It took about 30 minutes to get our drinks. At the end we would have ordered dessert but it took them so long to come back to take our order that we just ended up asking for the bill.
The turkey in the turkey was good, but a bit dry. The gravy was cold. The server was very attentive and the food came out quickly
Well, there was no hostess to check either of us in even though we arrived ten minutes apart. That was a bit off to start. I’ve never had too much of an issue with food at Founding Farmers–sometimes the menu is a bit confusing, but I’ve never hated what I ordered–today though the first server we had spilled my soup on my sandwich without saying anything when she brought over our plates. She was clearly disinterested in her job and would only come over to us when her boss walked by. Our second server, because of a shift change, couldn’t leave us alone for more than a minute. He started telling us all about dessert even after saying we were good without it. Then finally oddly enough a new employee brought our check to us. Nothing that ruined the experience, but enough that has my friend and I looking at each other confused after every interaction with a member of the staff.
Good selection of healthy entrees. I like the variety of portion sizes. I like the abundant natural light coming through the large windows.
Great experience all around. Really cool vibe from the place, neat decorations, and really cool story behind the silverware. Ask your server to tell you about it, its pretty cool. Food was pretty good, only complaint was that the donuts I had for desert were a little dry and dense.
We are repeat customers. But this particular experience was sub par due to the fact that we waited from 7:10 to 7:50 for our table. Management was very apologetic and accommodating which helped. I had the distinct feeling that we were put on a walk in list and our reservations as not recognized. Thanks

Everything about this place was impressive--giant menu, huge space, great service. It's a little pricey, but you can see they've invested a lot into the place and the experience they give customers. The food was delicious! I will definitely go back and am looking forward to trying more off their menu.
Finally got in because it is so popular, so you can take this average review as atypical. The best thing was the chocolate pie dessert. Everything else was average and there was some rudeness at the end.
Rock Fish or the day. Fortunately I had it mueniere so the butter helped with an otherwise overcooked fish.
Squash ravioli with shaved brussel sprouts that had too much oil, probably to rejuvenate it.
Chicken fried pork chop that the server said was her favorite. It was greasy and boring.

The concept of the restaurant is good, but the execution is average.
At the end, we had overstayed our welcome and some guy in a maroon jacket came over and started cleaning the table like he was prepping for the next guest. He could have just asked us to visit the bar section and mention that they had people with reservations waiting. Instead he was just a speechless drone intimidating us to leave. So we left and won't be back.
Great food Great view and friendly hostess(was an older women who was lovely) The wine pour seemed short for the price😬
The bread pudding was rock solid when served and was almost inedible. Our server had three large tables and was too busy to handle all theee tables.
Good food and nice menu. I HATE the paper straws - give me a break! They just collapse in the water. We are not saving anything or the planet with paper straws. Great choices for all palates and diet needs - just wish it wasn't so loud - its hard to hear conversation and tables are really close together. For some reason I could hear the entire conversation next to me, but not the person across from me.
Great meal and great service
Butternut squash soup had an odd seasoning. Protein bowl with tuna was delicious, full of multiple flavors.
Great food, great service. Had the eggs benedict and hash browns for breakfast.
