Main courses were excellent and the crab fritter app was delicious. What stopped this from being 5 stars - we asked that a certain ingredient NOT be included in a special salad and that was translated into make the salad with 80% of that ingredient. We were also put upstairs which we would have been typically fine with but we weren’t asked if that was OK and it was FREEZING- the person seating us turned on the heat as he seated us - should have been done before we arrived - this a reservation … no surprise

It’s a cute BYOB that is almost a great one. It seemed understaffed- while everyone was nice they were running all over and many requests and offers went unfulfilled (ice bucket for wine, sharing plates, cheese for the pasta, etc). The food was good but under seasoned, the meatball was tight, but swerving sizes were good and the options were good ones.

Amazing service! Small restaurant but BIG on friendly and welcoming staff. 5 of us Seniors who were not able to walk stairs to 2nd floor (did not know to put that in reservation) so 2 gentlemen gave up their table for us! The food presentation and flavors were superb. Noise level very high, tables close together BUT part of the ambience.

Our meal was good however the place was full and ran out of bread which is weird for an Italian restaurant. This did detract from our meal. We love trying Tiramisu at every restaurant that offers it. We often take it away (wife likes a nip of it for breakfast!). Theirs is unusually creamy without much cake but got a two thumbs up from the Mrs. My Osso bucco was very nice. Her pasta was very fresh homemade in house but we missed dipping that bread. Would go again.

A true neighborhood gem in Bryn Mawr. Consistent menu and delicious! The home cooked pasta in brown butter and sage and the perfectly cooked artichokes are my favorites. Nice service and not obtrusive. Byob!

Promptly seated at a table we requested upstairs. There were four of us and all food was delicious. Arugula salad lightly dressed with tasty lemon dressing. Pasta special was fresh and delicious, as were the other entrees, grilled salmon with octopus and shrimp, and rigatoni. A delightful experience!

Hostess was very accommodating. Sat us downstairs but table was quite tight for my dining partner. Kindly moved us to a quiet table upstairs. Food was excellent and service was very good. Highly recommend.
