                                                    Dining at Genevieve's at the Equestrian Center in Ocala is an extraordinary experience. The staff both front and back of the house is totally on point with a smile and witty sense of humor, genuine and authentic to the core. The Michelin starred Chef is a taste filled surprise, the food is creative, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance and service is exceptional. Our server, Sydney could not have been more perfect, remembering everything, knowledgeable, sharp and quick witted.

                                                    We had a wonderful experience celebrating my friend’s birthday at Genievieve! The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. Our waitress was slso amazing. Everything made our celebration extra special. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this restaurant. We look forward to coming back ! ❤️

                                                    The ambience in the room was fabulous. Our waitress Maria was very attentive & gave hood advice. The appetizers were great , especially the Buratta with heirloom tomatoes. There’s a large selection for each category on the menu. Two of us had Veal parmigiana , so delicious & tender. One chicken parmigana and one Halibut. The portions were generous. Pasta sauce delicious.. They treated us to Bday cake! Will go again .

                                                    The mushroom bucatini was amazing! The pasta was as fresh as pasta I’ve experienced in Italy and the mushrooms were so flavorful and delicious! A truly excellent dish! The wine menu was excellent and the service was top notch! The ambiance in the restaurant also adds to such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!!

                                                    The service with Sydney was exceptional. The food was fantastic and the interior design elegant. One thing I would change is to Let people order apps while they look At the extensive menu both wine list and dinner. Because we wanted to sip on wine and try some apps we were rushed to order...overall a good experience.

                                                    With the exception of our wonderful waiter, Kevin, we were disappointed in Genievieve’s. Food was mediocre at best. A couple of us had the lobster risotto. The risotto was bland. There were six tiny pieces of lobster. Another member of our party had veal Marsala. The veal was stringy and it was drowning in too much Marsala sauce on a big mound of mashed potatoes. Huge disappointment. This is not fine dining with true Italian flavors.

                                                    The ambience was awesome!! We were greeted by a number of staff and the team was very attentive to all our needs. The portions were large and could be shared so you could try a number of the different entrees. Would definitely go back next time we’re in the area!!
