As requested we were sat at a quiet booth away from distractions. Our waitress, Sadie, was fantastic. Attentive but not intrusive. And the food was delicious. At our table we had Brussel sprouts and crab balls as an appetizer. For entrees we had a crab cake sandwich, wedge salad, and cream of crab soup. Everything good was nicely prepared and served at a great temperature.
There was a lengthy wait for our appetizers. The server explained that one, a flatbread, was dropped and that was the cause however I’m not sure why the other two appetizers weren’t brought to the table first or why that wasn’t offered as an option
I’ve been going to Grillfire for years for business and personal meals. Unfortunately the quality of meals and offerings have continued to go down which is unfortunate as it was always a go to spot.
Going away dinner.
Grill Fire really needs to compile a whiskey list.
Grillfire is located in the arundel preserve hotel and usually a bit less crowded than its cost to quality ratio. we got a last minute table for 3 for sunday brunch and as always the choices, service, preparation and taste were perfect. food came exactly as ordered, coffee cups were refilled ..... it is just a very consistent very nice dining experience
Cassie, our waitress, was great. Food was quick and tasty. Only complaint was it was a little expensive for lunch, for what you got, but with COVID and the way prices have gone up, it is to be expected.
Decided not to eat due to three boys playing videos and music on their smart phones with the speakers on. The workers never said anything to them, so we left.
Exceptional from the hostess service and chef staff.
Our server Raven was spectacular. We had the veggie omelette. Delicious. And the potatoes were crispy and flavorful. We even stayed for dinner. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The salads were very tasty. I love coming to this place. It is a hidden gem.
Excellent restaurant!!! Food never disappoints
They knew it was my birthday, they didn’t even acknowledge it. Food was decent services otherwise was good. With other good restaurants around, no reason to go back.
Everything was delicious. Service was awesome
The food is normally very good. The brussels sprout dish is my favorite! The staff members are friendly and accommodating!
Good service, good meal and we had a good experience.
Every xmas eve we are in town, we choose a nice restaurant to have dinner. We've been to Grillfire in the past and it was okay. We decided to give it another shot this year. We were not disappointed. We had an amazing waiter - Micah D. He was attentive without being intrusive and - for working on xmas eve - had a wonderfully festive vibe. My husband hesitantly ordered the meatloaf dish and he raved about it all evening. It was very good. I ordered the bbq braised short rib with mashed potatoes and crispy onions. It was so tender and the portion was much larger than expected. We ended the meal with a creme brulee. If I had to deduct points for anything it would have been the dessert - the top wasn't quite "brulee'd" but the creme was very good. Overall, a very enjoyable evening with amazing food. Having such a wonderful waiter, Micah, just made it perfect.
Raven was GREAT!!!!!
Carissa was an exceptional waitress. The food was yummy. I will be returning.
Crab cakes were bland, the street corn was delicious, lobster Mac n cheese could've had not lobster, steak meat loaf was tasty, brussel sprouts were good
The food was delicious and service was Great. Very helpful!
It was a nice evening. The service by Sadie was very friendly.
Though it was quite busy and it took awhile for someone to come to the front and assist me to get a seat via my reservation time. Once seated the service wasn't to bad and the waiter was very polite. The good seemed to be slightly overcooked due to the cheese and consistency of my lobster mac & cheese being a little dry but edible. Thank you and the team.
Birthday 🥳 celebration
My family and I decided to go here for my big, round number birthday. Donald was an excellent waiter. He was knowledgeable about the food choices we considered and assisted us with our selections. My wife went with the tacos, our favorite that we usually split. I decided to try the sirloin meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes! It was delicious! My son opted for the grilled cheese sandwich and fries and I don't think I've ever seen a thicker slice of cheese grilled into a sandwich. My wife and I ended up saving half of our dinners for lunch the next day so we could enjoy the chocolate brownie. It could have been a little warmer on the outside, but it was still delightfully tasty. It's hard to go wrong with a special event at Grillfire!
Service Poor...Food very good!
We found this restaurant on open table and they did not disappoint. The waiter was amazing. The food was light yet delicious. I even received a birthday brownie for the occasion!
I wanted BBQ platter, however I wanted house fries instead of pinto beans. I was told I couldn’t substitute. So I had to choose another entrée. I opted for the braised beef ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and crispy onions. I enjoyed the rib, the mashed potatoes needed more garlic.
It’s a shame I wasn’t able to substitute the beans, I may have loved it more. I won’t be going again.
I love this place. We come all the way from Philly to visit. Love the ambiance.
The service was wonderful. I had the pork chop and my wife had the salmon. Pork was juicy and not dried. For drinks had the black cherry whiskey sour.
Grill Fire is a very intimate, upskill, and friendly restaurant. Perfect for date night, girl's nights, adult nights, and parties. The food was enjoyable!! Looking forward to visiting again and again!
We really enjoyed dining George Martin’s Grillfire. The food was excellent and the service was too.
I got the steak tacos. They were good but I didn't feel warranted the price.
The food was excellent . The waiter , Xavier , was the best ever !
Our overall experience at George Martin's Grillfire was OK. Once seated, our drink order took about 15 minutes to arrive. Our server, Pedro was very nice, but that in itself was not enough to compensate for the mediocre food quality.
The Sunday Brunch menu was simply but delicious!!
George Martin’s GrilleFire is a hidden Gem!…My wife and I have frequented this prestigious, quality restaurant since it’s inception. Never once have we even come close to being disappointed. I would personally refer anyone to this restaurant who likes good food, great atmosphere, and extremely competent wait staff & Management. We LOVE GrilleFire!!!!!
The meat loaf was a little dry. The bread crumbs are not need and they should add onions and peppers to it with a little season. Grill the vegetables first. They grave was different.
Excellent menu options, you have to try their coffee- it is amazing and served fresh all day. If you go over the weekend for brunch you’ll get a limited menu but all the options are tasty. I had the beet salad with the steak. It was good; steak was a little chew but good flavor. Great service, easy parking and it’s connected to the hotel. Very pretty lobby. This is on my favorites list.
