    Many times while going out to eat it is disappointing. Either the place is loud or the service sub-par or the food lacking. This place rocks! You will not be disappointed. Seriously!

    The Greek Salad was wonderful! The service was the best of any restaurant in Lancaster area! OUTSTANDING! We enjoyed our 56th anniversary dinner and will return!

    It took 25 minutes and a trip back to the maitre d to get acknowledged by a member of the wait staff and get a drink order in. Things happened more quickly after that. The table next to us took a long time to receive their food after ordering. I'm assuming that this may be a staffing issue however they appeared to have plenty of people and they acknowledged a communication issue. I think they rushed our food order out because of our initial wait, which made the table next to us who was waiting even angrier. They were not having a good day.

    There was a metal bristle in my dinner. Fortunately I did not swallow it. I am shocked that a restaurant like Gibraltar would allow a dangerous meal to be served. Further there was no attempt to make up for this almost terrible situation. The kitchen procedures are questionable and management’s response was very weak. This place charges high prices so the service and procedures should be equally high.

    Great food. Probably the best waiter we’ve ever had-knowlegable and great sense of humor. We had a pretty loud family reunion; he just went with the flow. Food was super.

    Overall, this dining experience was positive and the food was delicious. Inside felt tight and full so we kept our outside table, but the road/ traffic was definitely close by and active at 6 pm on a weeknight. I frequented the old location on Harrisburg Pike years ago, but this was our first time in the 'new space' across town. The server was kind and attentive but I did receive bread in the middle of my raw bar app, AFTER he confirmed my celiac diagnosis upon arrival and my mentioning it while ordering. This was immediately corrected by the waitstaff that brought it out to us, with a new replacement serving that was all good. My main dish was 'as ordered' and I felt great on my food, no sickness/ contamination at all! The menu is a bit pricey, but not surprising for the restaurant's history and reputation... We don't need to return anytime soon, we were celebrating a birthday so it felt nice to mark the occasion with something new.

    For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, we enjoyed our meals. We had the appetizers of clam chowder & caesar salad. For entrees we had the bronzino fileted tableside by the owner Sal and the fettucine w/lobster. Both entrees were outstanding. There was no room for their delicious desserts.

    We enjoyed our meal with friends. We had the Halibut, the branzino and the fettucine with Lobster. All outstanding. For dessert we shared the Affagato & the Lemon blueberry marscapone cake.

    We've dined there several times and haven't had a bad experience yet. Last night my seared tuna entree was perfect. My wife loved the surf and turf special. Ozzy our waiter offered a great wine recommendation that did not disappoint. Our pre-dinner cocktails at the bar we outstanding.

    I cannot accurately evaluate the value since I did not pay the bill. However, I have been away from Gibraltar much too long. Michael and the quality of the food made everything perfect my out of town guess were very impressed Ned Grove
