                                                              Disappointing experience with the Idiot Burger - both the patty and short rib were completely dried out, stringy, and difficult to chew. I left most of the plate and gave direct feedback to the staff, but it was brushed off with zero recovery or check-in, and we were charged full price. Well below expectations for the Ramsay brand and price point.

                                                              We had an absolutely incredible experience at Gordon Ramsay Burger! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. We decided to add the Chef’s Experience for a minimal additional cost, and it was worth every penny! It included an individual appetizer delivered right to our table by the Chef himself, who took the time to explain each item and share the details of what we were enjoying. Our burgers were absolutely delicious, and just when we thought the experience couldn't get any better, the Chef returned with individual desserts that were simply divine! Our server was excellent, and the level of service and attention to detail throughout the entire meal made this experience truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend adding the Chef’s Experience to your reservation. It takes an already fantastic meal and makes it something really special. We would absolutely return!

                                                              Kudos to Chef Mario and his staff for a wonderful experience! The interactions were warm from start to finish, and we were treated to unexpected bites of items beyond what we ordered, which made the meal feel special. The Wellington burger was amazing, the truffle fries came with an assortment of flavor bomb dipping sauces, and the sticky toffee waffle presentation was just the right touch, a sweet treat to wrap up our chef's table dining experience. An amazing meal all around and we look forward to when we can get back to the Burger Flamingo restaurant again!

                                                              The choice to prepare your burger is either pink or no pink so rare or well done. We had a couple people that order no pink and one looked like it wasn’t cooked in the middle and one of them was charged and dried out. Fries was good. $7 for a fountain drink is crazy so make sure to get your refills! Overall, food was disappointing and way overpriced.

                                                              Our server, Marie, was excellent. Explained everything and walked up thru our first time. Food was fantastic and arrived very quickly. Drinks were delicious. The music was good, but a tad loud to hold a conversation over.
