Freezing cold with air blowing on you. Nearly every patron had coats on. Steak was extremely grisly and tough to cut. Worst meal/experience we’ve had there.

I chose outside seating due to the fair weather. There was another pair of people outside which lent to the quiet atmosphere. It took approximately 10-15 minutes for anyone to wait on us after we were seated by the hostess. After ordering, our wait person took a very long time to return with our drinks. My son and I decided to order food when he returned with our drink order to ensure we did not have to wait too long. We were attending a concert at Rhythm City Casino and we did not want to be late. Our wait person was courteous and friendly, the food was good, the drinks were as well. My chief complaint was the exceptionally long wait time from being seated until initial contact by a wait our person, and long wait until we received our drink orders. I did notice that the lady seated outside along with us did have to go inside to get her own To-Go container instead of waiting to request one from their server.

The last couple times we’ve been in the wait person was not good at all. This location definitely has a problem. They kept reaching over our food to try to grab objects. I had to stop them. The person was extremely sick coughing all over. they either need to stay home or wear a mask. Didn’t print out a receipt. Acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Acted like they didn’t care. the table was dirty and they didn’t seem to care. I had to clean it with my own disinfecting hand wipes among other things.

Manager (Ashley) was very helpful in resolving an issue with a Birthday BOGO coupon. The system would not allow a seasonal item to be used, even though corporate office had confirmed it was valid on seasonal items.

Sat down for 20 minutes before waitress came over. 2 out of our 4 meals were cold. The waitress came to our table two times in total, we had to ask for refills on our water.

It was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. We were disappointed at the beer selection in that many of the seasonal specials weren't available. The waitress was nice and the food okay.

We waited a long time for our food. Ordered at 6:20 and was served at 7:10. Waitress said she forgot to put through our order. Also the ceiling was dripping from condensation which made the dining experience uncomfortable.

Food was absolutely awful. Have eaten here many times. Only hash browns, no mashed, and they were cold. Prime rib was tasteless. Cinnamon rolls were hard as rock. Very bad. Will not be back any time soon.
