Our restaurant features a selection of popular Caribbean and international entrees served in a comfortable setting overlooking George Town's picturesque harbor. The decor is accented by an exclusive collection of artwork from renowned marine wildlife artist Guy Harvey, the atmosphere is as spectacular as the cuisine. Guy is a unique blend of artist, scientist, diver, angler, conservationist and explorer, fiercely devoted to his family and the sea. All of our seafood and other dishes are prepared fresh daily with the finest ingredients for your dining pleasure. Guy Harvey’s restaurant did not honor our reservation. They closed the restaurant for a private event but didn’t notify us. They claimed I did not have a restaurant despite the fact I showed them the reservation on my Open Table app. I made the reservation a week in advance because restaurants in the Cayman Islands book up quickly at this time of year. We finally were able to get into another restaurant but had to eat indoors without a view due to the lack of a reservation. Shame in Guy Harvey’s for the way they treated us. They were a lot if things they could have done....comped us a meal at another time, apologize for the obvious mistake, help us get reservations somewhere else but they did none of that. They were a previous favorite.

The Lobster Bisque was fantastic. The sunset view was great.

Arrived to find kitchen closed, in spite of reservations. Waitress arranged for kitchen to serve us in bar area as restaurant was closed. Seating outside at ground level was noisy and nothing like the pictures of waterfront view on website. Food was good, drinks ok.
