From the moment we arrived, the quiet and elegant ambience really stood out. The food was outstanding for its value. I took my husband here for his birthday, and he was very pleased with the experience—especially as it was our first time dining at this restaurant. We both had different mocktails, and they were both delicious! We will certainly be back to try more from the menu. Thank you to the attentive staff for such a pleasant experience.

This was our first visit to Hachioji and it was very enjoyable. I liked the quiet and soft ambience. We selected from the a la carte menu… aburi salmon, tempura peppers, crudo with yuzu, It was all fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

This was our third time having omakase here over the past three years, and it never disappoints. The food was absolutely amazing as always – fresh, beautifully presented. The chef is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more special. Most importantly, we had a lovely night with our best friends. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!
