Such a great dining experience at Harriet’s. Great food and ambience. The sashimi was really good and varied and the drinks were great too. The Dj had just the right balance of volume & classic melodies to create the perfect atmosphere

Beautiful spot, excellent service and kind staff, food wasn’t the most flavorful I’ve ever had, but was still enjoyable. Great drinks!

Coincidentally the day we booked was an alert warning stormy afternoon. But the service was exceptional as we were quickly moved inside. The manager even offered us 2 free drinks while waiting out for the storm to calm down and we can leave.

Perched atop 1 Hotel beside the pool, Harriet’s feels more like a chic bar or an Instagram backdrop than a serious dining spot. It’s compact, visually polished, and clearly prioritizes aesthetics over function. Service was attentive, but the vibe leaned exclusive—priority seemed to go to guests willing to splurge on overpriced drinks (cocktails average $25 & beers $12). Balcony seating? Reserved almost exclusively for those ordering cocktails. If you’re after sunset drinks and don’t mind dropping serious cash, this place might hit the mark. But we came for the food and that’s where it stumbled a bit. The rooftop setting is a nice perk, but it only works if the view or the cuisine really delivers. Here, neither truly impressed. They offer $260 “cocktail trees” for those inclined, but if you’re expecting a memorable meal, you might need a few stiff drinks first. The menu has some items that lean toward Japanese-adjacent. Items that looked the part but fell flat on flavor. The “rolls” (clearly modern maki in appearance) arrived with overcooked, warm rice and zero vinegar seasoning. Essentially, stuffed rice rolls, not sushi. However, that’s on us for assuming it was supposed to be sushi. The did just call them "rolls" but they also serve soy sauce alongside, which felt confusing. On the plus side, the spicy edamame and shiso watermelon salad (with shredded cabbage, wakame, and jalapeño) were enjoyable. The karage, however, leaned too sweet—more like boneless, bite-sized fried chicken than the classic. I wanted to rate this place higher, but honestly, we wouldn’t return. The view isn’t remarkable, and this city has plenty of rooftop restaurants with far better food, atmosphere, and value (IMO).

An exceptional location. Simple menu. But excellent prepared for the dishes I had. Which stands out the most is the staff and level of service. This place is incredibly well. Managed restaurant.

I took my hubby here for his birthday. Tanisha, the beautiful and friendly hostess gave us the best seats in the house and we enjoyed that immensely. We had front row seats infront of their pool and saw the city’s skyline as the sun set. Food was great as well as the service from both Loulou and Alexis! We would come back again. Thank u for an awesome evening.

The food and experience was great. Servers were wonderful and very kind. What we found a bit off were all the drinks. The Kumo Blossoms were extremely strong and seemed to have been way too much alcohol in them. I know most people wouldn't raise this as a concern, but when it comes to cocktails, I like to enjoy them rather than feel like I'm drinking shots of alcohol. Someone at my table order a non-alcoholoic which was supposed to be mango or passion fruit forward but instead was sour as if there was lime in it that overpowered the taste. We got the issue resolved by asking for extra juice which we added to all the drinks.
