Food was delicious, well presented and service was excellent. This is the 2nd time we’ve visited and we will be back next year :)

Very noisy, and quite dark. Service started off well with drink orders promptly being taken, however we were soon forgotten about and there was no staff on the floor for a good 5 minutes, we were not the only ones waiting for our order to be taken. Then when it was taken and food arrived, was obvious my chicken and my sons chicken had been reheated and his beans had been sat for quite some time as they had a harder film on the top. Food wasnt all that bad though. After this we were left with empty plates for 25 minutes with no additional service, was planning to have dessert but had a 5 year old who had had enough of waiting around so we just got the bill. Other complaints from other customers about the noise level, how hot it was and the lack of service. Would not go again

Overall it was a pleasant enough meal and the cod & chips were nice. The staff were good but when it became busy they never came to clear our table so we didn’t have dessert. Restaurant was a bit tired and could do with a spruce up but it was clean enough.

A great place to eat, wonderful setting along the seafront. The food was superb, so much of it and pipping hot. Service was excellent nothing to much trouble, very friendly. Restaurant was very clean and well presented. I booked a table online very easy to do. Highly recommend, will definitely go back again when next visiting Great Yarmouth.

Great meal with friends & excellent service. Unfortunately they had no table reservation for our party of 10 despite getting an email confirmation from Open Table. Think i'll use the phone to book a table in future!

Lacking any atmosphere. More of a cafe than a restaurant. Wouldn't have guessed it was a Harry Ramadan if I didn't know. Very disappointed . There are other local places much better and nicer.
