We booked the table for 7pm. The restaurant was supposed to open until 10 according to the hotel info board, but they decided to close early that night due to a slow day. The door was locked, but the lights were on, music was blasting, and we could see someone was inside. We knocked the door but no one cane to explain the situation. Since this restaurant is within the hotel, we talked to the hotel manager. She comped our meal at hotel’s lounge bar and took care of us.

We were ignored by the bartender and barely acknowledged by the bar back. No hostess was present to seat us. The hotel is advertising an event they are no longer having, which they should have mentioned when asking us to confirm our reservation. Do not recommend this bar anymore. Disappointed after a great time last year.

Overall the rating would be very high except for the service or lack of. We made reservations for the rooftop venue. We stood around at the entrance to be greeted but no one ever did. There was a live singer accompanied by a guitarist and 2 patrons at the bar. No one appeared to be working. We finally went outside where our reservation was for and it was vacant which was nice, but no waiter came to serve us . I sought out the only staff I could find, the bartender and he said all the waiters called in. He said we could place our order with him which we did. I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service. Overall the venue has a nice view, the food is not bad, but the management/ownership clearly doesn’t care about customers.

The service was terrible. The drinks took forever to come out with 1/2 of them being a draft beer. No bartending needed. One was non alcoholic and two were cocktails that came out about 10 mins separately. The appetizer was a cold dish and was just a dip and crostini and took 50 mins to come out. Never go back again.

High Praise is an experience. The indoor/outdoor bar concept, the unique drink options and whole the vibe of the Secret Garden pop-up was the perfect backdrop for my sister's Birthday Girly Gathering. Special shout out to Andy our server who was very attentive and James the General Manager for making our group feel special.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we had an amazing time. The drinks were fresh, the food was great, and the vibe was a 10/10. The DJ kept the energy up all night. Huge thanks to our waiter Andy and manager James for the outstanding service. Definitely coming back!

Really liked the decorations in this place, nice rooftop view from 3rd floor and a relaxing vibe. Free valet parking which is a super plus, prices for drink were ok could be a few dollars cheaper,

This is a hidden gem!! Quaint but cool place to hang out (inside or out). The Salmon dish was one of the best I have ever had. We had several fun drinks and there was an amazing DJ, his music mix was so creative and sent out a positive vibe. Great music and food, but there was no crowd, but there should have been! Drinks were fun and creative!

High praise is beautiful and we got to experience the Secret Garden room which was great. An amazing duo was playing R&B. However, their kitchen has apparently been closed for a month and they only offer a few snack options. The real food menu is still online everywhere so we were planning on ordering real food so that was a real let down for my friends birthday. Drinks were okay but kind of small for price. Overall we liked the ambience so much we’d possibly come back.
