Always enjoy my time at Richlands Hotel. The service is just as good as the food. Richlands is our go to place for our family gatherings.

Great variety of tasty food. The dessert bar is great with a wide variety of desserts. I loved how you could take just tiny tastes, and that way try out several. we had two people who have special dietary needs and they were well catered for. The staff were friendly and we were able to take our time.

A more variety of food would be good. Cheaper dinner prices as the food is the same as lunch so why the different price.

The quality of the meat on the buffet could have been much better. It was quite tasteless. Definitely not worth the extra cost.

Took my daughter for her birthday. It was dreadful - soooo many tiny kids running around with plates of food, unsupervised. I almost had food knocked out of my hands on multiple occasions, icecream thrown over the floor next to our table by a tiny little thing (under 6 years old) without an adult watching. It was the worst experience I've ever had here, and will not return. Waste of money, stressful dining experience. I felt sorry for the staff who were effectively trying to stick proverbial bandaid over a severed artery. If you're not going to endorse the rules around kids not serving themselves, please take the signage down for your patrons.
