Overbooked and understaffed. Poor food quality and poor pace of service. Received my chicken undercooked with cold sides. Requested a cheeseburger medium well as a replacement to go and it was almost rare. And i had to cook it myself at home.

Doesn't really matter how it was as we were told they are closing. 12/31 was their last day open. However other than being a little slow and being out of some things due to closing. Food and service wonderful. All the staff was good natured and hospitable even though out of a job

We went to Houlihans for Christmas Day! They were packed, looked under staffed but still the hosts and server were pleasant and welcoming. We had a delicious dinner and desserts along with a brief talk with one of the managers on duty. Thanks for being open for us to dine out over the holidays!!!!

We were there the day after Christmas so they were out of a lot of items, but great food and cocktails that we ordered. Our waitress was hustling and working her tail off and doing a great job of taking care of everyone.

We were seated quickly since we had a reservation. Our waitress was nice but she wasn’t very attentive; not sure if she was overwhelmed or simply not good at multitasking. Lots of items on the menu weren’t available. All the food was delicious, but one of our plates was served cold. We had a great experience the previous Christmas (2024), but this one disappointed.

It was Christmas and super busy but the staff was great. I wouldn’t go back here though. We were only there because they were open on Christmas. The only thing that was worth it were the wings. Everything else, Outback or even Chillis could have been better.

Some of the food was really good, other items were eh. Bar stools should have backs, very uncomfortable on a busy night
