The food was okay. Def very pricey and limited menu. I didn’t know who my host was because I had two people coming to take my orders and they seems confused as well.

The cocktails, the service and the food were great. On the down side, we were the only ones there, that wasn’t the ambience we were looking for.

1.5 hours waiting for an oysters. Overall waiting for food 2 hours. Very noisy enviomemt. Dancer was nice, however the oil used in the lamps during the dancer’s performance had a very strong and unpleasant smell, which unfortunately affected the dining experience.

The food was honestly great! The only downside was that quite a few things on the menu weren’t available, which was disappointing considering the menu is already quite small. Another issue was with the reservation. I originally wanted to make a reservation for 4 people, but the system only allowed me to reserve for 3, so I made the reservation for 3. In the end, only 2 of us were able to attend, and I believe I was charged a no-show fee to my credit card for the third person. I found this a little unfair, especially since the reservation system wouldn’t allow me to book for the correct number of people in the first place.

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Respetamos que el sabor responde a preferencias individuales; no obstante, deseamos contextualizar su comentario. Para dos personas, su consumo incluyó Pellegrino, Tuna Tartar, Shrimp Bao, Fried Chicken, Shrimp Risotto, Fried Rice, Tostones y dos cócteles, por un subtotal de $135 antes de impuestos y propina. Al conocer su inconformidad con el risotto, nuestro equipo actuó de inmediato: el comentario fue referido a cocina y el plato fue retirado de su cuenta en su totalidad sin usted pedirlo. Respetamos toda opinión; sin embargo, entendemos que la variedad consumida, el valor de la cuenta y la atención brindada ofrecen un contexto objetivo ante las expresiones de “menú limitado” y “sobrevalorado”. We dined at HUMO for the Fire Show and it was such a great time. The vibe is upscale and chic and the service was spectacular. Amaury our server and bartender made some delicious cocktails. I highly recommend their take on oysters. The belly dancer was a pleasure to watch and she made the night even more memorable.

It is absolutely false that the crème brûlée was “enjoyed in full”. My wife has a sweet tooth and she enjoys most desserts. But even with her help, we did not manage to eat even half of the crème brûlée. In your response November 3, 2024 regarding a review that mentioned overpriced food and a dish that had to be returned, you also claimed that the customer consumed the whole dish… I now suspect that it was another falsehood on your part. Because of your dishonesty, I will now see if I can modify my review to zero stars. — Efficient valet parking. Good ambience and lighting. Nice decoration. Food was good, except the crème brûlée, which was horribly made. It lacked the smooth, silky texture characteristic of a custard. it was crumpy, almost like cottage cheese. The greatest drawback of the entire experience was the low value. Most items are simply way too expensive for what is offered. For the sake of trying out different restaurants, it was an OK experience. But we will not return.
