Last minute Valentine’s Day dinner, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Yes, the restaurant is in the Princeton Marriott, but that doesn’t mean anything. The chicken and pork entrees were mouth-wateringly delicious and flavorful, as were the sides.

The staff at Iron & Ivy took care of my son’s soccer team and their families — there were 30 of us — and they did it so well. The food was also delicious. I was impressed!

Was surprised to discover that this restaurant is affiliated with a hotel. I was not greeted on arrival by anyone and had to ask a bartender if I was in the right place. After advising them that I had a reservation for brunch, I was informed that the restaurant does not do brunch. Also, after advising them that the reservation was for patio seating, I was told that patio seating was wet because of rain the previous night. After being seated, my party and I were largely ignored by wait staff on taking our orders and dropping the check. In a positive note, my party and I thought the food was quite good.

it was a pleasant dinner, a cobb salad and a hamburger; Both were good, well presented and the service was excellent.

A mediocre experience. When we booked we didn’t realize it’s a conference center. We were looking for a place convenient to our hotel and a theater. Service was slow, the food was just okay. Would not return

Evenings are a popular time, guests often mention dining for dinner and special occasions. If you prefer a quieter experience, consider a weekday morning or early afternoon when conference traffic is likely lower.
