Our first time visiting Jack’s Place, celebrating my husband’s birthday and it was OUTSTANDING! From the beginning to the end, beautiful smiles greeting us, professional and caring through the night. The food was Amazing Delicious, crabmeat appetizer for my husband, a Caesar salad for me, Steak with veggies and mashed potatoes, I had the crusted salmon mashed potatoes and market vegetables, and lobster Mac and cheese. OUTSTANDING ALL THE WAY! We will be back!

The food was bland, except for the pesto and that came with the free bread. The only thing worth eating on the entree was the garlic mashed potatoes. The service was great but the food lacks for this price point. It was my anniversary dinner and a new try for us, we left disappointed.

Generally good. Food is well done—i wouldn’t say it’s exceptional but it’s okay especially for a hotel restaurant in a Orlando. Few things. I am always fascinated when the hist picks a table in the back with no view. I didn’t even Both sitting diwn. Injust asked for a better tsnke in An empty room and she obliged. The waiyer was fine but was constrained trying to upsell— double drinks, extra starters, ads this to the entree etc. it was overbearing after a while. And kast, we asked tonhave partnofma steak dinner wrapped and someone on stagg actually dropped a do it yourself box on the table later. For a pla e charging whst they charge, they should absolutely do it themselves. One more, the asparagus sauce was smothering. And they should have solit the wedge salad for us. But anyway as I said it’s adequate esp if u dont want to leave the property.

Service and meal were exceptional. We celebrated our wedding a anniversary and were treated with a free caricature since they are free on Friday and Saturday. We learned that regular and valet parking are covered. The lighting and environment was peaceful and pleasant. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to go and we will be a return customer.

Natalie was extremely friendly and made our visit so much more fun. She was efficient and made sure that everything was perfect. She explained to us the history of the caracatures which also made it more interesting. Thank you for the wonderful evening!
