Joe Bologna Trattoria was established in Sterling Heights, Michigan in 1985 as an Italian restaurant and bar to specialize in pasta and pizza. The décor is classic Italian with Italian countryside landscapes and family photographs. In addition to regular seating, a banquet room can accommodate up to 60 people for a special event. Catering and carry-out are also available at Joe Bologna Trattoria. The "create your own"feature for pasta, gnocchi bowls and pizza enables each diner full control over the dining experience. That is not to say there aren't some specialties at Joe Bologna Trattoria, however, such as the lasagna all Bolognese, casalinga baked penne, JoJo's Tuscan pizza pie and the JB classic pizza.

Although it was very crowded when we arrive, waitstaff was delightful food always delicious .

The food was horrible. The staff was rude and horrible. The worst experience ever on a mothers day! We ordered first but received our food last compared from the table next to us that came an hour behind us. The only thing that was good about this rude place was our waitress. She was actually DOING her job! NEVER going back here EVER AGAIN! Food Tasted gross and portion was not worth the pricing of the meal! Stay far away from this place!

Delicious food!!! I would suggest the beef tips appetizer to everyone...they are so flavorful!! Service was excellent and I loved the laid back feel to the place!! My family is ready to eat here again!
