Our table was ready when we arrived. The veal parmigiana was perfect! Prime rib was a large portion that was cooked as ordered. All the sides were outstanding. The bruschetta is a must have in our opinion. Our waitstaff was attentive without being overly so.

Service was Fair, atmosphere was good, and food was absolutely outstanding! I would recommend giving them a try. We had the prime rib that was cooked to perfection. We also ordered a seafood pasta dish with the Rosa sauce (Alfredo and Marinara mixed together). Everything was fantastic.

Food was good. The service was horrible. Our waitress was a little slow at first but not an issue. After we received our food she came by once and asked if everything was okay. We never saw her again. The manager was waiting on the table next to us and couldn’t even bother with us. No one asked if we wanted dessert even with the manager bringing the dessert tray to the table next to us. We had to ask the guy refilling our water to get our waitress as we were upset and ready for our check. Only when they picked up our payment did the manger ask how everything was. We told her the service was horrible. She offered us to give us a dessert or drink. We told her we were done. She didn’t offer to comp anything, but she did say well next time you come in, if you decide to come back, I will give you dessert or a drink. We told her we would not be back. All of this and both the hostess and waitress knew it was our anniversaries.

The bartender was awesome and made some really good martini’s, the manager was really cool and friendly. The only problem was the waiter, he was very slow and doing other things besides waiting on us, it took the manager to light a fire under him to get him going. Shells and Sausage was really good. Overall a good place to eat if you get the right staff.

Food was delicious. We had an app then split a pasta dish that was amazing. Only issue was lack of staff so just plan a little more time and enjoy the experience and food. I think everywhere is struggling with full staff. The staff that was there was busting their bums!

Wife’s birthday with the family. Avis was so kind and sweet and her nice voice was pleasant to hear when she sang happy bday! Loved the food, atmosphere, and the drinks! Even though our server was new to the company, (Sirus) I believe was his name was great and did an amazing job finding out answers to our questions he didn’t know. Not 1 negative thing to say about the complete experience! Will be back! Keep up the good work Sirus!!!

My wife an I celebrated our 57th wedding anniversary at Johnnys Italian steakhouse in the woodlands tx. We could not have asked for a better experience. I had a sirloin steak and my wife had salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. The wait staff was great and the location was outstanding. We also had a complimentary slice of cheese cake which was super. Johnnys will be a favorite of ours.

The goat cheese salad was great. Hubby got the beef medallions and loved them, as well as the Italian sausage with gluten free pasta. I got the spicy Italian sausage pasta, it was delicious. Ms Avis, the manager, was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect.

Food was good but not as great as expected from reviews. Neither of two wines initially ordered from their list, nor two alternates selected from the list, were available; finally just said "Whatever Pinot and Cabernet are available". The wine served was fine, but why have a list if the offerings are not available? One entree served was not what was ordered but was an unintentional upgrade, which was comp'd to the price of what had been ordered. Based on other reviews, had not expected to leave this dining experience frustrated and feeling disappointed in the overall value. Maybe we were just the unfortunate exception.

This was it first time going to Johnny's and we will be going back. We had a great time and the food was excellent. Mrs Avis is the manager and she makes you feel like you are in her on home, she made sure to check on us and we watched her check on other tables too. Our waiter Christian was awesome and he told us that this was his first night working. It was our Anniversary and they both really made it a special night. The Little Italy combo appetizer was a little rare of everything. The Johnny's Bone in Ribeye with the garlic mash potatoes was cooked to perfection and my wife had the surf and turf excellent.

Ms Avis is great. She sang my husband happy birthday. So nice! The food was great and beats any price around the woodlands. The wait staff were amazing and personable (w/out being intrusive). Set a reservation for 9pm on a Sunday since it said they were open until 10pm. Wanted a nice steak to celebrate my sister graduating nursing school. So heard about this place through others, made reservations for Mother’s Day. Got there 15 minutes early stood around for about 15-20 minutes with no one up front or at bar, servers walking right by us. So walk to back and finally someone comes out and says I’ll meet you at hostess stand. She proceeds to tell us they are out of food and can’t seat us. We ask if that’s the case why didn’t they call to inform us since we had reservations, she rudely tells us they just ran out. Not a genius but feel you can see when your inventory is getting low. There was no concern to make it right and wasn’t even apologetic about it. So needless to say in a busy day like Mother’s Day we had to settle for another restaurant and wait because we didn’t have reservations.

I was not aware that it was a buffet style lunch, I thought that I was going to eat in the restaurant not a bright banquet room. The price was not worth the buffet and again I didn't realize it was going to be an overpriced buffet. I could have eaten almost anywhere for less cost and better food. Don't go on a holiday I guess.

This was a great experience. There was a mother's day brunch and it was delicious. The cost was $54 per plate. Didn't expect that but the food was delicious.

I went to Johnny’s on Mothers Day and was disappointed. I was hoping to be able to order off of the regular menu, but their website didn’t indicate that there would be brunch instead. The food was subpar, not sure if it was cooking in large batches, but the fish was dry, and lacked seasoning and along with most other items on the menu. The breakfast items, and fruit were tasty. The staff was kind and the ambience was lovely. I’ll go back to order off of the regular menu, but I would never eat brunch there again.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Manager, Avis Rowan, was very friendly and attentive as was our waiter. We enjoyed the experience and will be back. The gave us dessert for a special anniversary gift! Good times!

This was my first time coming here for my sons birthday. The food was excellent. I had the crab cake as an appetizer and the Italy's combination for an entree and both were exceptional. The best part of our service was the waiter/bartender JT. He was the BEST. Job well done sir! I will be back and recommending this place to all my firends!

We were seated immediately and our server promptly greeted us. We were given outstanding recommendations for our wine selection. Our group had a variety of dishes, including veal parmigiana, lasagna, prime rib and a rib eye steak. The prime rib was amazing, as was the chicken parmigiana. Comments about the rib eye were that it was cooked to perfection. The only negative about our evening was that the service was slow. My guess is that there weren’t enough waitstaff for the volume of customers. Not to worry! We’ll be back because the prime rib is the best in the area!

We were there for the Easter Brunch. Very disappointed. It was served buffet style and the various stations were ravaged. The hot food was barely warm. A few things tasted good but the temperature was a big problem. And the price was ridiculous. Gratuity was included and we didn’t get our glasses refilled a single time. I’ve eaten here before and it was very good. This was a major disappointment.

We came to Johnny’s for Easter Brunch buffet! The buffet had a great selection of food that was hot, fresh and delicious! The service was friendly and professional. They were eager to get anything we needed.
