Really good quality for a buffet. Food refilled reguarly which kept it nice and fresh. Service speedy and smiley.
Quality resteraunt, good atmosphere and very clean. Service was excellent and the staff all very attentive and pleasant.
The best part was the selection of food, they're was so much to choose from and all cooked by welk trained chefs that added that special touch. The deserts were wonderful and highly indulgent as my expanding waist line can testify too.
Great value for money, fantastic food quality. Attentive service!
A very value worth to try for international buffet. Make sure that you book in advance.
We had a wonderful time there! Thank you very much! Everything was very nice 👍🏻
Another enjoyable evening there with some good friends, great food and service, relaxing atmosphere and good value for money.
Promotion 850 baht International Lunch buffet is very impressive and extremly valuable price. JW cafe’ always serve delicious menu, fresh seafood, great beef menu.
There are many kinds of food to choose.
The Japanese line was great but the grill section was soso. There were three kinds of oyster; fine de clair, jersey, irish.
Wouldn’t pay the full price for it. Only use the member card or other kinds of promotion
I like buffet here and come many times with family. We often come on holidays and public holidays, wanting to JW Café add some food such as forga. Or rack lobsters on a special holiday. My booking through this application Has been confirmed every time, thanks to the convenience of booking
Good quality of food. Staffs know what to do. Always filled up foods. Best experience ever.
Is not good compare with last 2 year I have had here, too few variety of food.
Dessertspoon is emtly long time waiting equipment and food fillling.
2500 Baht / person should be provide better than service and food.
Booth “Papaya salad” no people to making food.
It is a very good restaurant, very lux in a street very well located. the price very expensive.
Thanks for easy booking by open table application. My family impressed Sunday brunch at jw café. This is good restaurant in Many guests in restaurant. I can't take a photo. May be next time I will more photos.
The food was outstanding. The service, especially when considering the money spent was dismal. We arrived a few minutes before our Noon reservation time and were told to come back in about 10-minutes because there were no tables available. When we came back we walked past many empty tables only to be seated at a lone table set up at the entrance to the kitchen. In spite of the constant traffic of wait staff going and coming from the kitchen none stopped to ask if we needed anything. We only received service after flagging down waitstaff. The noise at times was ear slitting. Each side room had groups of 10-20 people each trying to talk over the next group. We live in Thailand and can walk to the JW Marriot in 10-minutes. It would be a special occasion perfect venue for us. However, after this experience, there are other dining options in close by where the quality of the service equals the quality of the food.
The very nest food and variety at the Christmas Eve buffet in many years. Outstanding performance by the chefs
Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Wide variety of food choices but refills sometimes a bit too slow.
Apart from sea foods, the rock lobsters in particular, were not fresh and got embarrassing taste and smell, the others can be good dinning in average.
I have had been come across Buffet lunch and dinner so many times at Goji-Kitchen Bar, Marriott Queen's Park Hotel, so impressive experience all the times. Marriott Cafe catering people should seriously learn from their peers like Goji-Kitchen Bar as internal benchmarking purposes.
Frankly speaking, the equivalent Buffet value that I'd been come across for was not worthy when compared it with at Goji-Kitchen Bar.
Food was ordinary for this price range (2300 Baht per person). Other than sashimi and cray fish, there were minimal choices of seafood (no lobster nor king crab as shown in their pictures). The service was excellent though. Overall we were a bit disappointed.
Everything was good.Except one of staff who talk to customer impolite. Because i booked with "OpenTable" but not remark that I got promotion from their Facebook. (Their facebook didn't write about conditions , just wrote "you can book by phone or Opentable"
THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH TBH 1990+TAX, BUT THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, THE FOOD ONLY OK. THE HOTEL IS SO SO SO OLD, NOT LIKE THE JW (5 STARS HOTEL)AS WE KNOW BEFORE.
I saw the lobster on the AD, but when I went to there, I did not see any lobster on the buffet bar, just some normal seafood, maybe Marriott Cafe should change their AD, otherwise, people will go to there and think they are cheated.
Definitely overpriced for what it was but the food was good for a buffet. Service was really good. Food options were good too.
service level was very poor. I couldn't find dishes, spoon for ice, ice bowl etc. The food was not enough, in particular, crab, shrimp were almost empty. Also hot dishes, for example, chiken, beef, fish were never refueled. I think I will never visit again.
The reservation was quick, easy and efficient to make on Open Table, however upon arrival, they had no knowledge of the reservation and looked confused and unaware of Open Table. We did get a table, but it too a few minutes of confirming that we did in fact have a reservation.
The dining was fine, we have been there several times, the food is fairly normal with the exception of some of the specialty seafood that makes the buffet attractive.
