The food was excellent. We ordered way too much food because at lunch the portions are small and we did not anticipate that at dinner they are large. It would have been better if the wait staff had indicated that we could order two fewer rolls and order more after our order arrived if desired. Reasonably priced for what we got. My first fresh wasabi ever was an amazing treat and exceptional.

1.Complaints one of the dish (udon noodle) was salty but got ignored by the guy wearing pink shirt. I believe he's the mgr. 2.Inform the host that we're celebrating my daughter's BD. They did nothing.

Went here for an early dinner while we were touring colleges. Food was very good and service was terrific I’m surprised there isn’t a popular sushi spot in Santana Row — this is best/closest option but it’s a good one.

On the day I visited, the women's restroom ran out of soap. The liquid soap dispenser kept making beeping noise, but, it seemed no one paid attention. I informed a lady at the register, the response was lukewarm. I wonder what this means. The female staffs at the restaurant don't wash their hands properly...?

Make sure you ask for fresh wasabi. You will thank me later. They also have salmon kama which is always good. The sashimi has never let me down. Great place for sushi.

First time here. There had to have been some kind of mistake made with the second round of sushi we ordered (ie, the server forgot to put it in the computer) because those last rolls took close to 40 minutes to come out, and we saw other customers who sat down after us getting all their food before ours. The sushi was good but we were kind of bugged the server didn't acknowledge that a mistake had been made and apologize/offer to comp the late rolls.

Great tasting rolls with a unique flavor. Everything from the appetizers to the end of the meal had an original taste and stellar flavor.
