At KITKAT CHOCOLATORY, our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers.

As such, we have taken a number of steps to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission, including:

- more frequent sanitization of high-risk surfaces
- strict hand washing protocol using anti-bacterial liquids
- the use of gloves when our Chocolatiers prepare food
- minimizing direct contact
- urging staff to stay home if they have any symptoms or have traveled recently
Given the dynamic situation, we appreciate your understanding that for the time being, your KITKAT CHOCOLATORY experience will be different, as the Chef’s Table experience will be temporarily suspended.

The KITKAT CHOCOLATORY is open and operating under the regular Yorkdale Shopping Centre hours. All of our CHOCOLATORY products and gifting and ‘Create Your Break’ continue to be available!

Went to the KitKat Chocolatory for my birthday, with a few family members. We had the wonderful Chris who guided us through the chocolate making experience. I loved the interactive educational presentation. I have to admit that I found the price to be a little steep, although they offered some exclusives options. I think that it might be better at a $30 dollar range. But overall it was a great experience, learned some new items about the chocolate process and had fun creating our own bars. 😁

Really, really enjoyed our experience. I feel as though it was a fair value for what we received, and Tia was a truly lovely person who made our experience even more warm than I expected. Honestly, I see why (depending on the person) they may not enjoy the opportunity, but my partner and I genuinely enjoyed all of the amazing knowledge we learned regarding the bean to bar process. I appreciate that we were able to sample coconibs and ruby chocolate ion particular, and also loved that we had access to one of the only chefs table experiences in the world!! Our chocolate was so delicious, I loved being creative and appreciated the encouragement and energy from our chocolatier (and all staff in store for that matter). I decided to register fro this activity because of a friends recommendation.

Tia provided an amazing first chocolatory experience! You can tell she is both knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. This hands on experience is definitely worth the time and money to take home your very own bar made by the one and only, you!

What a fun experience of learning about how chocolate is made! Our chocolatier was very energetic and informative and it was so fun to get to make our own custom KitKat bars. The Chef's Table experience allows you to select some premium toppings that are not included with the other custom made KitKats and this experience allows you to actually physically put the chocolate bar together with your own hands. My partner and I had a fun time, and the resulting (well packaged) bars were delicious!

Definitely not worth $50. It takes you 2 minutes just to place 3 toppings on the back of the kitkat and the rest of the time is just listening to someone talk about how chocolate was made. Extremely disappointing. Would never recommend. The chocolate bar it’s self is the same size as the stores. For $50 it should be much bigger. Wish I could give it back to them and get my money back.
