Somos una panadería tradicional austriaca de panes de masa madre. Utilizamos granos como: centeno Waldstaude, Emmer y Espelta de Niederösterreich una provincia boscosa al norte de Austria. Gracias a nuestra cuidadosa selección de ingredientes y énfasis en nuestros procesos de producción y elaboración. Nos hemos convertido en la primera panadería que consta con una certificación orgánica en Panamá, sumada a la certificación Demeter, otorgada por la Unión Europea a aquellos productos que cumplen estrictamente con las normas de agricultura biodinámica. Buscando maridar nuestros panes con ingredientes igualmente excepcionales, desarrollamos un menú bistro, una propuesta purista, orgánica y saludables que va desde tostadas francesas, ensaladas, sopas, “tostas” y “pastries” de masa madre. Contamos con una barra de café panameño de especialidad, que incluye variedades como el Catuaí, Caturra, Pacamara, Geisha o Maragogype. También usamos café de otras fincas para filtrados.

As a first time experience, we greatly enjoyed everything about our visit. The waiters answered our questions, the menu had an incredible variety and at no time did we feel rushed to order or leave. The food was unlike any I’ve had in Panama. The pairings of flavors, and freshness of ingredients is unparalleled to other places we’ve been. We will definitely be back!

Al llegar nos dijeron que la reserva era solo por dos horas y que a las 11 otras personas se iban a sentar allí. Si hubiéramos sabido que solo podíamos estar allí 2 horas quizás no hubiéramos reservado. Quizás deban dar el disclaimer al hacer la reservación

Best bread in Panama e delicious coffee. The ambience is very nice… incredible place to have breakfast or brunch!

The only negative thing is that since this place is in hype the waitress are always asking if you need something else to keep ordering food or to leave, this really make you uncomfortable

Breakfast was delicious! Organic sourdough bread was baked fresh, butter, natural fruit jelly, smoked salmon, apple strudel, geisha pour over coffee, all in all, food and drinks were superb! Reserving via the open table app also gave us priority seating which was also a plus. We also took two freshly baked sourdough breads home to enjoy! Will definitely go back again!
